I did not realize that I had ordered so many checks . I don't use them often but only at places that do not accept debit cards. Everything came in good condition. Thanks for sending the order.

Checks were not printed with the entire account number on it and I didn't start using them until a couple of months later. My bank let me know they will not accept these checks. I called. One representative told me that they would refund the purchase and send me new, corrected checks. Another representative told me I would have to pay full price to reorder even though it was their error. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

CheckWorks does not have access to your banking information, so we are unable to verify whether the correct account number is entered during the ordering process. Your order printed with the information that was entered online when the order was placed. We understand that mistakes happen, and we have a 60-day refund and replacement policy. Unfortunately, your order fell outside of that policy. I see that the second representative you spoke with offered to replace the order for you with a 50% product discount as a courtesy. Misinterpreted the added script on checks with regard to spiritual phrase to include or not. Did not realize that they were separate orders…did not want included. When called they said nothing could be done…not the happiest.

Excellent Experience Yet Rare Today
Customer service offered by a real human being. It was easy for me to order by phone and did not have a long wait to take a nap. I've only placed orders twice, first online and the second by phone for re-order. The checks were accurate and exactly what I ordered and were received in a reasonable amount of time. I was also happy that it was not necessary for me to redo the personalization which has been the case with other companies. Finally, I found a check in their collection that perfectly expresses my beliefs.

I can reach a Customer Service rep very quickly via phone, that's No. 1 to me. Then they are always knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I may have, and my order is done in minimal time, at a reasonable price. I've been a customer for awhile and I will gladly continue to use Check Works.
