There was some confusion about my bank # - I was told it was not in your record. Since I copied it from my printed check, ??? So for some AI reason, the order was cancelled. I was not informed and I was left without checks. I called again to find out why. This time everything went smoothly and I received the checks rather quickly.

The shipment arrived 12 days after notification of shipment which while not fast is certainly reasonable. The checks were printed as requested and with no errors. Overall a good experience.
