Your hosting service was set to renew automatically in order to prevent any interruption to your websites and services. Prior to the renewal, multiple reminder emails were sent well in advance, including notifications approximately 60 days and 30 days before the renewal date, as well as the invoice notification itself. As outlined in our Terms of Service, automatic renewals are processed before the service expiration date to avoid failed last-minute payments, service suspension, or potential data loss. While we understand that you were considering alternative providers, no cancellation request or request to disable auto-renewal was received before the renewal was processed. That said, we still offered flexibility outside of our standard refund policy by providing you with those two options. We certainly do not aim to “grab” customer funds, and we always try to find a fair middle ground, especially for long-standing customers. We also appreciate honest feedback, though we believe these situations are best resolved through constructive communication rather than frustration. We’re genuinely sorry to see you go and wish you the very best with your future hosting provider.
