Just received a ring that is damaged. When I tried to go to their website to initiate a return, I was blocked due to malware.
Their response claims that I’ve been contacted to return free of charge. Incorrect. They have emailed me saying that they won’t deal with my complaint unless they receive photos of a certain quality - completely ILLEGAL. Then they offered to send a replacement (as if I’d want anything more to do with this company). No mention from them about sending it back free of charge.
And they have now threatened me with no refund if I don’t take down this review.

I ordered a ring with a green stone. In the picture it looks medium green blue. What I got was a light blue stone. Contacted Chic her and they basically told me "too bad, so sad". I would have to pay international shipping fees to return it.
I'll just keep the ring and never shop with them again.

I ordered some bracelets for my daughters birthday present that she had found online. It was BOGOF and my daughter had requested the "stackable eternity rings" which I ordered. As the name suggests, these are rings...but what i recieved were bracelets! Why on earth would you describe a bracelet set as "stackable eternity rings"? After contacting them, I was greeted with emails that basically said (in a more formal way), that I had infact ordered the wrong item and it shows in the picture that they are larger than rings! A picture!!!! I have seen and sent a picture of someone wearing the "stackable eternity rings" as rings, but was told these are a different product! The metal is extremely yellow also, and the packaging leaves a lot to be desired- wrapped in plastic bags and bubble wrap. I was informed that this is due to their 'eco conscious approach' (quote!) Im assuming small cardboard gift boxes or similar would be far more harming to the environment somehow?! After spending £90, and recieving poor quality items, what i believe is the wrong item, and the awful customer service afterwards, I would recommend to steer well clear of this company! Also note that they do not have a registered company or vat number, or even a registered address anywhere, which unfortunately I didnt notice until afterwards.

I love the price and the design of your rings. I wish it were easier to make a request for a platinum or rhodium finish instead of gold. Also I wish your rings came in a size larger than 12. I wear rings on my index and middle fingers so you would most likely sell more pieces. I would need a size 14 for those fingers

The quality of the jewerly doesn’t do it Justice. Each piece I’ve received looks like fine 14k jewerly with real stones. The design of the pieces are fabulous!!! I’ve loved every one I ordered.
The double "art deco: ring with so called white sapphire" IS GARBAGE. No way worth over 100 dollars . Junk - wait time over 2 weeks then you have to fight to return it!!
Gold looks ridiculous - like over blown yellow mess.
