Was excited to introduce both dogs to this fresh food, one dog being in kidney failure. I ordered the water diet, thawed one pack in the fridge during the day and gave each pup a small amount (1-2 T) with their normal dinner. That makes about 1/4 of their dinner or less. By 3am both dogs showed food poisoning symptoms, vomiting and having very wet/liquidy diarrhea that continued into the next day. This caused significant problems in my already ailing dog, and we had to withhold food and give the other medicine before giving her chicken and rice. I reached out twice to the company and received the standard, sorry, but you probably just experienced their reaction to new food and you probably gave them too much new food. They will not refund anything even though we can’t feed the product to anybody. No replacement either. $100 gone and we used less that 1/4 of one pack and made my dogs incredibly ill. I guess they assume there is zero possibility of a bad batch or having an issue that could make the food bad. In all my years raising dogs, which is more than 15 dogs, I have NEVER had a dog react like that to “new food”.

Food was hot days old when it arrived smelled when I opened front door.

We work very hard to get our food delivered quickly and safely, but unfortunately there are times when a carrier delay occurs and a package does not move through the system as expected. Based on your description, it sounds like the box experienced a significant delay while in transit, and I completely understand your concern. If food arrives warm, spoiled, or otherwise unusable, we do not expect you to feed it. Please know that when situations like this occur, we are always happy to make it right. Macro-min and Multi are great products. Consult with Susan (vet) was very helpful. Our dog had many allergies and so far he's doing well with both products
