Dry ice can sometimes shift during transit and become very brittle in extreme cold temperatures, which occasionally can contribute to small cracks or tears in packaging. We will absolutely pass your comments along to our warehouse and shipping teams as we are always looking for ways to improve packaging protection and insulation between the dry ice and food trays.
