What people say
Excellent service
Excellent service! My steamer was shipped out the first business day after my order was placed and I had it with in the same week. Had a couple questions I wanted to get answered before my first use of my machine and all it took was one call.
I have experience with several brands of steamers and Chief is my favorite
They care about their products and their customers. I’ve been dealing with Kevin for well over 10 years and he is super helpful if you have a problem. Chief steamers are the best value on the market. I have a 6 year old unit that was neglected by employees and has sat in a corner for 3 years. I finally pulled it back out and ordered parts and had it back up and running in about 3 days (and at a very reasonable cost) My next steamer will be a Chief as well.
Excellent customer service
Needed some clarification regarding the gauge psi and temp reading and Kevin responded with clear information and gave me the exact knowledge of the steamer.
Very Professional, great product, quickly response & FAST SHIPPING in my experience!!!!
The buying process was quick and easy as far as knowing what I purchased and what I was receiving. The website was easy to navigate and understand. The product results speaks for itself. Long lasting, great performer, continuously showing up for light, medium and tuff jobs hot or cold weather.

Love these steamers! I’ve been using them for months and have never had an issue. This is probably the single best purchase I’ve made for the company.

The customer service here is amazing
The customer service here is amazing. As a business owner there is nothing worse than having to ship a machine back for repairs when it’s needed out in the field. Kevin was super helpful in diagnosing the problem with my steamer over the phone. He shipped the part within 2 days and I had the machine back in service. 10/10 in every aspect of this company. Thank you Kevin at Chief Steamers!
Product surpassed expectations
Product surpassed expectations - a little more expensive than we hoped, otherwise, we'd be buying more for our trucks...
Chief Steamer makes cleaning feel…
Chief Steamer makes cleaning feel effortless and efficient. The equipment is powerful, easy to use, and arrived ready to go. It's a solid choice for anyone looking to tackle tough jobs without hassle.
JUST BUY IT!
I first bought the chief steamer 100 about a year ago, it payed for itself a month after I bought it. If you’re skeptical cuz of the price, just buy it! I do auto detailing and these steamers are kick ass! The ability to refill while the steamer is hot is awesome. I’ve since sold the 100 to a buddy of mine and bought the new 125 mini with chemical injection for extraction and such. One machine, 2 jobs, can’t beat that. Even if it doesn’t pay for itself in the first month you buy it, you won’t be replacing this one for a long long time!
