Ordering online is simple and speedy. The replacement o rings all being a standard size is a much appreciated aspect of these machines. My husband and I are almost ready to buy the bigger model but so far after 3 years, our steam chief has yet to disappoint us
I initially rated this product a 3. I'm now amending that rating to a 5. Why, you ask - I called the service number to address my concerns after leaving the 3 rating. I actually was able to speak with the gentleman who makes the videos (Kevin?) Kevin bent over backwards to make things correct. Sent me a new hose with trigger gun and sent me a couple of those triangular pads and additional injection tubing. Was shipped to me like FAST. I think the design of the Chief Steamer MINI 125 (*NEW*) is superior to comparable steamers I've owned. The locking hose and attachments are top drawer. The longer steam use and the recovery is much better than other steamers. Though expensive, I'm feeling about the unit I purchased. Thank you ChiefSteamer (Kevin)!!!
Like all things, they can fail. What is nice is being able to talk to someone immediately that can and WILL provide support and follow the process through to resolution. Aside from the one minor failure we have experienced with the Chief, it's has been spectacular product. I look forward to it providing years of continued operation
Kevin is great and it’s great to know the design includes keeping availability of spares /replacement parts. This unit gets A LOT of use because it can clean so many things - even though I am not a professional. Every home owner must have one, tons of uses: bathroom tiles, floor tiles, deck, windows, cars, helmets, face masks, steams clothes, table cloths… so many uses.
