I got this mainly to degrease engines and undercarriage. It does not work very well in that application.

The steamer itself is out of his league. Best by far but only the quality of this steamer but also the dedication that I saw from the owner of Chief Steamer company. He really care about us and make sure we can take as much advantage as possible from his products. I definitely would be buying for the rest of my life from this company Chief Steamer
Awesome customer service.
Awesome customer service.. explain in detail how to fix my steamer over the phone ship the part out the same day .. shipping was super fast i live in California and I received my part in 4 days from new Jersey. The steam might cost more then others but with customer service like this its worth every penny.

Chief 75 does an amazing job!
I wanted a home steamer to clean the bathroom grout. After much research, I learned about the many uses of a steamer and the range of products. I was impressed with the Chief videos and decided to purchase a Chief 75. It was a higher than I planned on paying but being stainless steel, I feel it will last longer. It certainly has more power and that's a good thing. Still trying to figure out all that I can clean but I am very happy overall with my purchase.
Great service
Great service. Always willing to help troubleshoot.
Loyal Customer For Life
Fast shipping, amazing product packaging to ensure safe delivery, prompt customer service response when I had a question regarding the operation of setting up the new Chief 125 Mini unit. Overall I am happy with the amazing quality of this brand, this is the third unit I've bought from them. My other two are still operating as well. I just wanted to try the newest model out! Great work Chief Steamer!
great service every time.

The machine seems well made and is great for cleaning. The main reason I went with Chief Steamer was because of the owner, Kevin. If the unit breaks, he will work with you over the phone to troubleshoot and send parts to repair. He knows his machines inside and out. They are built to be serviceable and repairable. I enjoy watching the steam cleaner melt crud away. The unit can’t be beat for household deep cleaning… Dan Ayo

This is my 4th Steamer from Chief Steamer. Started with the 100psi, got a 75 psi for a team member & it now stays in the house for cleaning as needed. Got the 120 psi with the two larger tanks & recently bought the 120 mini for a 2nd Detail Tech. They have all worked great! Customer support is always top notch too. Happy I made that purchase so many years ago!
Chief Steamer is the best in its class!
I got my Chief Steamer much more quickly than I had anticipated. It was on backorder and I got it within 2 weeks I was pleasantly surprised. Chief steamer's Communication is also amazing. My steamer was beautifully packaged so it showed up in pristine condition. The components are very vell made, durable and the PSI to temperature ratio is the absolute best for its price. This Chief Steamer is the best in its class.

I’ve been in the detailing industry for over 23 years at Diamond Detailing Plus, and I can honestly say the Chief Steamer has been an excellent addition to my shop. The steam quality, heat, and performance have been outstanding for deep interior detailing. It does a fantastic job cleaning door panels, vents, cup holders, carpets, seats, and all the hard-to-reach nooks and crannies that separate a true detail from just a basic cleaning. The steam production is consistent, heats up well, and has helped me deliver even better results for my customers here in Cookeville. It’s become one of my go-to tools for interior work and sanitizing surfaces without overusing chemicals. If you’re serious about professional detailing, this machine is definitely worth considering. Highly recommended from Diamond Detailing Plus!
Prompt, excellent professional service!
