Fake products fake service, tried to negotiate with them but they just ignored you, put you into his black list. Tried with phonecalls, same result! Once you paid, you got nothing, they just acted like a different person evil. Couldn't make refunds on the site which was built by themselves, either. Do not trust anything on the website and the person talking to you. Craziest experience ever! It was definitely a one person scammer or a couple of people team scammer.
This is a fraud and scam website. Did research into it. It has other websites too. lasererashop.com, chinaobd2.com etc. The fraud is also advertised on Instagram under name of Apollo Tan, Facebook, Pinterest,etc. I am one of the victims. Fake products, fake everything. No refunds. Very evil person only cares for money in your pocket. resentful experience! Seriously, stay away from it!

This person has never purchased any products from us, but he still asks us to provide after-sales service. This is unreasonable.
1. Just to communicate through their website requires asks
"I agree to Terms and Conditions of tui21store.com"
When I attempted to look at Terms and Conditions the associated link gives 404 Error.
Yet it has no problem saving the required email input.
2. That experience prompted brief research / a web search of the websites history along with tui21store.com which appear to be run out of South Africa & Not China.
3. The 5 Star Review located on this Trust Pilot site is clearly an advertisement by the company themselves.
If the business is legit then why all the obfuscation & deception?

Be carefull, my feedback on their onlineshop is edited and set to 5 stars.
Fast delievery but item faulty, it does not work and they d'not want to replace or give a voucher for another purchase. They even advise me to buy another one, without discount.
