Dont waste your time with Customer Complaints service a Joke X4H Hooplate
I got the X4Hsystem from Chitu systems for my Saturn 4 ultra 16k and it worked a treat with the fep installed. I purchased extras off their store page on amazon and the feps failed twice over with correct installation, the first failure damaged my screen and was replaced second one screen protector. I reached out to them by email and after explaining what was damaged that the installation was correct and my invoices and proof of payment they sent me back an email stating. Please let us know which parts of your current printer are damaged. "We can provide compensation and send you a new X4H unit along with a screen protector". I went great and waited days for a response where another person told me to print an add on in fdm to stick on top and no mention of the compensation. They then sent me this "Remember to remind me if you haven't heard back from me in about 2 days. Logisticians process a lot of orders every day". Sometimes they may forget". What an absolute joke and this all took over 6 days as there were huge gaps in their response times. Its so unbelievably unprofessional and a huge waste of my time, I had to consistently send reminder emails over in order to get a response. They also admitted in the email "I notice you purchased the older version of the PFA film; it is possible that insufficient tension in the resin vat is causing the leak" I purchased the sheets directly from their store for full price as they were advertised as the replacement sheets for my X4H hooplat and they were defected, now there not interested in doing the right thing. So after stating were going to offer you compensation and a new system, they did a 180 and I have to wait and remind them to send me out a 3d printed part to stick my current one to fix their defect which damaged my printer through no fault of my own.
Nice one Chitu Systems, customer service/care is awful.

I finally opened my package several months after initial delivery to find a missing product. I notified customer service, expecting an "it's too late" response like most companies would. Instead, they were quick to respond and shipped out the missing product immediately. It's rare to find actual customer service in today's world, and Chitu Systems delivered.
Bought their Resin Heater H2 for my mars 4 ultra as it is listed as compatible. The instructions manual didn't cover how to correctly attach it to the printer and I had to contact support. They showed me an inaccurate, rubbish diagram that was literally just a bad drawing of a different printer with the heater drawn inside. It did not work. The heater simply does not fit in the Mars 4 ultra. The attachments used to connect the heater to the printer are not good quality. The "sticky" side of the magnet attachment came straight off rendering it useless. Support then suggested I just get an enclosure for the heater...which completely negates the whole point of buying the heater in the first place. Their response time when contacting support is also subpar, you could be waiting anywhere between 3 days to over a week.

I made an order of some items I needed to repair and upgrade my resin printer. Didn't realise until the next day I had ordered the wrong part on one item, contacted stating this and not aware if it had shipped yet. I got contacted back within an hour, with customer support confirming what item it was that I was actually looking for, as well as providing a link to said item, once they confirmed this they canceled the order and issued the refund for me without me needing to ask; within a matter of minutes. Whilst I haven't got the products yet (Which I know will be perfectly fine) the customer service interaction has genuinely surprised and pleased me with the rapid and user-friendly approach. Many companies could learn from them!
Chitu Systems sold me resin that was 17 months past expiration!
On December 15th 2022 Chitu sold me resin that expired on 7/26/21 months ago as part of a "sale" on resin that was getting close to it's expiration date. If they sold it to me that means that at least 100's of people were also victims this fraudulent behavior.
Worst company ever. Charged me $90 for a year of use on software that was incomplete, then failed horribly to even offer decent support. They did all they could to try and keep this from going public, but due to their actions, I have lost several days of work all over this garbage software. Do not trust them, do not buy from them. Search for Lychee instead.
ChiTu Systems rocks! beautifully packaged Screen, easy to navigate website, has exactly what you're looking for for old Photon / Mars printer. Screen came with adapter for Photon and the double-sided tape. Watch installation videos on YouTube. All good.
