Good customer support overall
Good customer support overall, but I highly recommend that Choice sends out a notification to its users that spoofing calls are being made by scammers falsely representing Choice in an attempt to gain customers personal information. This needs to happen ASAP.

This rating is a culmination of a year long experience with what i know to be the Choice system. first, everyone is nice maybe not as much knowledgeable. First no one is upfront able all the fees nor the exact cost. Second I never get any statements to be able to examine fees. 3rd problems or concerns are not addressed on the spot.
