Michelle took my call today and handled it start to finish. No transfers, no "let me check with someone," no script. She listened to what I actually needed, answered every question I had, and made sure I understood the answers before we hung up. That's rare. Support calls usually mean repeating yourself three times to three different people. This one took a fraction of the time and I walked away with everything resolved. If Michelle is any indication of who Choice hires, that says a lot about the company.

The customer service and assistance people are always friendly, responsive and make you feel like a truly valued customer no matter your account balance.
