Awesome Customer Service
The customer service and assistance people are always friendly, responsive and make you feel like a truly valued customer no matter your account balance. I don't have millions in my account but I feel treated as any top executive. No matter the question, they deal with it using the same kind and complete awareness. I've had a few off the wall issues that they took the time and effort to make answer and assist to resolve while making me feel like a valued customer.
