She listened to what I actually needed, answered every question I had, and made sure I understood the answers before we hung up. That's rare. Support calls usually mean repeating yourself three times to three different people. This one took a fraction of the time and I walked away with everything resolved. If Michelle is any indication of who Choice hires, that says a lot about the company.
