The agent was very nice and very helpful finding the right plan. He put that we needed same day and the new service showed the same day as a choice. But it was never turned in and I was told they don’t do same day. I would have never have picked that provider if I knew that because we needed it turned on same day. We had to pay $200 for a hotel because the temps are 100 degrees here
