Web site error - two providers now

Web site errored out on submission twice. Called. Same plan errored out. Chose a different plan/provider and submitted by representative. Then the first provider emailed a confirmation that the plan went through. And, the second one did too. Now I have to cancel the second one. And ChooseTexasPower left it to me to handle that.

Hi, Michael. Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand how frustrating it would be to receive confirmation for two enrollments after encountering issues during the enrollment process. As a third-party marketplace, we help customers compare plans and submit enrollments with retail electricity providers, but we're unable to make changes or cancel an enrollment once it has been submitted. We'd appreciate the opportunity to review what happened during your enrollment. If you have any questions about your enrollment or would like us to look into your experience further, please contact us at [email protected].

It appeared that my sales rep found me the lowest rate available for my needs (we shall see in a month or two) it was quick, and informative, however the sales Rep did go rather fast through the whole process and keeping up was sometimes difficult. The sales rep did have to repeat some information, but I think I understood most of it.

your people scam new customer by aggreing to a rate then after they sign up and give there social and personell information, Y'all come back and say the installation is not available unless they can go up on the previous agreed to rate. That's quite a good scam to get customer, but bad business practice and morally wrong! should inform others about y'alls ongoing scam !

Hi, Benjamin. Thank you for sharing your concerns. We understand how frustrating it would be if the enrollment process did not match your expectations. Our enrollment process includes a review page that outlines the enrollment details before an order is submitted, and provider approval or service availability may affect which plans are ultimately available. We'd appreciate the opportunity to review your experience. Please contact [email protected] with additional details so our team can investigate further.
