The customer service representative. His knowledge and patience were both outstanding ! I appreciate his time and so glad I chose to call when I did😁 he gets 5 stars across the board. He was very informative and made sure I understood everything that was said, with patience, may I add. He also made sure that I received the best plan for my current situation.
