What people say
Great customer service.
Great customer service. I'm pretty sure im going to do more business with them. 4 star only , because of their in-house brand knife wasn't great, but no mayor problem, what i couldn't fix myself.

My experience was not a good one
My experience was not a good one. I reached out 6 times by email and phone to check on this christmas order. I did finally receive a reply 4 days before christmas assuring me that I would get my order December 24. It did arrive. I understand Christmas rush but not poor Customer service.
