Awful

Awful, I paid for express delivery and contacted them a week after the product was due. It hadn’t been despatched and I received a vague response. I asked for a refund and now have a credit note which includes a reduction of £10 management fee from the fee. This is robbery, do not use !

Placed an order over a month ago and still not received it! Been in contact via PayPal as I was fed up. They keep making excuses up to why I've not received my item (which I don't want or need anymore). They keep blaming it on the tracking hasn't updated, blaming it on the post office and covid19. They keep telling me I should wait a few days and to stop the PayPal claim.. Which I'm not! The tracking says in transit then lots of Chinese writing.. You track on royal mail and its waiting to leave China.. For the last 3ish week's! They won't give a refund! Don't waste your time or money!

Don't waste your money!

I ordered a maternity dress in April.. Its been over a month and still nothing! Tracking has been saying for the last 2-3 weeks in transit (on the plane), I can't see how that's possible. Have complained a few times and I will eventually get a refund.. Got to wait until it arrives and send it back with the courier. I've only got 13 weeks left.. So won't be needing the maternity dress now as I've bought elsewhere. It's also coming from China so the sizing and quality won't be the same. Definitely don't waste your money!

Absolute joke stay well clear!!!

Absolute joke, ordered a swim set in april paid for it and nothing!! I have emailed and complained on several occasions and been told it was on its way and ive still not recieved anything!! Do not waste your time or your money!!!

DON'T!

I wish, like everyone else, that I had researched this company before I ordered anything. I waited up until day 15 since I paid for my express post on quite a few items but my order said "processing" the entire time. I emailed about 10 times, wrote to them in their live chat in which they are never available, and emailed their website's address. No reply. Eventually, and I'm so lucky I could, I went to PayPal, who I paid through. I went to "refunds" and requested one, explaining my situation with proof of my requests and within the hour they had contacted the site and I was issued an IMMEDIATE refund. So for anyone who paid through PayPal, they can get your money back! I will now ALWAYS pay through PayPal.

They deserve no star

I don't actually even want to give them a one star they don't actually even deserve it. The most rubbish customer service ive ever come across online, plus i didn't receive nothing i ordered from them. They should just close their website because no one has nothing good to say about them. I honestly believe the reviews they have on their website is all lies and fake. They said they have slow delivery's despite i made my order back in January and still waiting on my refund now in May. If you came here to look for real reviews on here no one has the time to lie these are real reviews and i strongly advise DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Even saying company is to much of valuable word to call cichic might as well call them fullofshit.

Item NOT as described

I've waited nearly 2 months for my order of Women's Dog Mom Dog Paw Print Sweatshirt. SWEATSHIRT! What I got clearly was NOT a sweatshirt but a knockoff wannabe shirt made in China. The shirt is thin and I can see my hand through it. It does not have an ounce of fleecy inside you'd find in a true sweatshirt. Pictures were sent to their customer service email detailing the problem with item and I requested to return for a refund. They pushed me to keep the shirt and give to someone that it fits. They did offer a $5 discount on a future order. Lousy customer service, totally not satisfied with them or their product and still waiting to get a refund.

Stay Away, BIG WARNING!!

No, just no. If u want to buy something affordable, go to shein or prettylittlething or just ANY STORE other than THIS. Because they will actually send you the item. I ordered a white lace dress for my grandma from CiChic. It was for my mum's wedding and I ordered it back in January and it says it's still in process up until now. Please just stay away and don't trust the good reviews, they're just full of crap.

Items necer recieved.

I ordered two dresses in the end of February. It is now mid-May and I still have not recieved my order. The events I needed them for have LONG passed. I even paid for express shipping of 8-15 days to ensure I recieved them in time. I have sent multiple requests for a refund but have beem told to check my post office, or even more ridiculous, I could return the itema (THAT I NEVER RECIEVED) for a refund. This company is a total scam and I feel cheated out of the money I spent.

Don’t purchase from this company

If zero stars was an option that’s what I would give this company. I ordered a dress for my daughters baby shower 🚿 early March 2020 - it never arrived. Save your hard earned cash do not purchase anything from this company

Beware of Sandra’s posting with a phone number !!! They are scammers and will ask you to login to your laptop in order for you to get your money back !!!! They are trying to rip you off !!! Don’t believe it!! Chichic is also Scam!!!!! Never received my product or never received a refund!!! After sending 50 emails !!!

Worse than awful

Awful. Ordered some items and am still waiting for them to be delivered. 2 months later. I've emailed the company and received a really awful reply saying you have to complain to your postal provider!!!!! Awful experience with them. Amd I would be surprised if my goods ever turn up at all.

Wow! I wish I'd have looked at these reviews before ordering from Cichic. It's been two months and the item has not yet arrived. I doubt it will at this point. I'm going to request for a refund because it seems like it's been lost. Thanks to that reviewer who posted the number.

Poor customer service

Still waiting on a Jean jacket I ordered with faster shipping. These people are ridiculous. But I will love to see them reported to the media. Which I will if the don't refund or send the item but refund the extra fast shipping costs😉
