I ordered the Makerphone toy 6 months ago, still didn't receive anything. I am very dissapointed. The CEO is very unfriendly. Often rude and dissmisive. And where are their company offices?? I am trying not to be paranoid, but its like they are hiding from me.

Purchased Wheelson kit for my son which is USD 169 and expected high quality due to the high price. It is really poor quality. Screws don’t fit properly, looks like something really cheap. But this wasn’t the main issue. The screen on pcb was broken so it had a black spot and white screen when turned on.
Sent the picture to customer service on 10th July, after some time received a response that technical team will look at it and contact me. So far no one came back with solution. So it is USD 169 thrown in a bin.
Update: after 18 days customer service decided to get in touch to offer to send a spare part. As it took so long and the kit was pure disappointment and it wasn’t used of course because of broken screen I wanted to return the kit which was rejected. Please don’t make the same mistake.

Regarding the wireless connectivity issue, please note that connection diagnostics must be investigated via the code log window in CircuitBlocks after MicroPython is installed on the device. However, since you are also experiencing a blocked physical button, your unit requires a direct hardware assessment.

I started the build of the mars rover ultimate only to find out that many parts were not from this kit(too big) or they were not in the kit at all. Customer service after many exchanges of emails all the tech would say that she would forward each time to the packing department,so far no response. Customer service sucks! Luckily I bought it through PayPal and opened a dispute with them and they are pursuing them for a refund. Beware!!!
UPDATE!
After the back and forth with the company they made it good by sending me a whole new unit pluse updated servos and and a game. After looking through the new u it I still feel that the plug and receptical to thd speaker still was not connect but still they conducted Inwood faith with the replacement unit and upgrades so I revised my stars.

After seeing how much our 6-year-old son loved Bit 2.0 and the Wacky Robots, we decided to get Codee and Clockstar as well. He built both kits with our help and had a great time doing it.
For now, Codee is a better fit for his age (just as advertised) so it's naturally his favorite — mainly because it comes with games 🙂 but since he'll be starting school soon, I'm sure Clockstar will become even more interesting and that he'll be able to make full use of CircuitBlocks to learn the basics of programming.
Overall, we're very satisfied with everything we've bought from CircuitMess so far – or rather, our little guy is 😊.

Thank you for the review. Bit 2.0, Wacky Robots, Codee and Clockstar is a serious collection for a six-year-old.
Codee being the favourite for now makes complete sense, because the games are hard to compete with at that age. Clockstar usually clicks a little later, and once he starts school and gets going with CircuitBlocks, that is normally the point where kids stop following instructions and start making their own things.

I purchased a Circuitmess Mars Rover and it was delivered in April 2026. I had a problem with the 3 servos not moving, just making a buzzing noise. Many emails with Circuitmess and 3 new servos did not identify the problem. I spent $15 on a servo tester. I did my own investigation and discovered the rover circuitry was not supplying enough voltage to power the servos that were shipped from Circuitmess. One additional (possibly) related issue I observed was that servos labeled "Tower Pro MG90S" had all plastic gears inside whereas MG90S servos from Tower Pro have metal gears inside. That's what the MG in the name stands for. I order 3 real Tower Pro SG90 servos for $16 and found that they all worked fine with my rover. I also found that others rover buyers were experiencing the same problem I had. As I see it Circuitmess should consider the following improvement.
Have a quality process where parts purchased for the mars rover are tested to make sure they are compatible with the current design of the rover.

I bought this for my son’s birthday, which is this weekend (May 23rd). I paid for expedited shipping. The Shopify app shows the order was received and that's it...Nothing else.
