The parcel would have benefited from better protective packaging, as it did not come in a box and there was no fragile label attached. Unfortunately, the NASA Artemis Watch was found with several scratches on the screen, which was disappointing for a brand-new product that did not even have a screen protector. The packaging of the Beep Boop and Chatter 2.0 was also torn or dented. I have yet to test them and hope they are functioning properly. Updates: The CircuitMess team reached out to me and I'm utterly impressed with their service recovery. It was prompt and sincere. I have also started using the products. The Chatter is the perfect "pre-cellphone ownership" gadget for my son and my daughter adores the Beep Boop. Looking forward to more innovative toys from the team!

Company sells stuff they don’t have in stock. I’ve bought mars rover bundle 14 days ago and it hasn’t been shipped. It was marked as available on the website, I was getting Facebook ads and email promos about “new stock arrived”. Customer support was feeding me with “new shipment is unpacked at the warehouse”. After asking for refund they stopped replying. I am filing a credit card chargeback. I have a strong feeling that customer support is not a human, but AI.

I received my Chatter 2.0 fairly quickly! But when I esembled it, I found out a faulty casing and screen. The casing had a factory error which led to the back casing of the battery compartment not fitting. The screen suddenly mirrored and did not go back anymore. I sent them a message and they replied very quick! They told me they'd send me replacement parts and they did! It took a while, but I'm very satisfied by their service.

Updating my review as I received 3 items from my purchase and only one product is still to be delivered. I received a response from Customer Support and hopefully I will be receiving the 4rth product from my purchase at the end of January (fingers crossed). Review before update: I have ordered a CircuitMess Coding Bundle as well as a Bit Expansion on December 7th. We are now January 12 and I did not receive anything yet. The Bit Expansion was delivered on Friday to a DPD location, which all reviews say that no person is ever present there and no packages were able to be collected from there. The rest of my order still does not have a status update and when I sent an email to ask about that the other day, I received an email telling me that my order will be shipped on January 21 :( and that for the inconveniences they give me 25% discount for my next order. Why would I want a next order if I haven't even received the first one. Their kits are quite expensive to not receive proper customer communication. At that point I don't think I would even receive my order...
