Citizen Meds was the first telehealth program that I joined. I was quite hesitant but after witnessing my sister's success, I joined. I did not know what to expect. After a deep dive into the world of compounded GLP1, I had a better idea of what my journey could possibly entail. Long story short, Citizen is not tailored for people that need someone to hold their hand. But if you want effective medicine with B12 added, ( this certainly helped with fatigue) Citizen Meds should be your choice. I've been able to shed almost 40lbs in less than 4months. They are not the cheapest on the market but I prefer their tirzepatide-B12 over others that I have tried.

It is just B12

The Semaglutide did not work for me and my blood tests show a dramatic increase in B12 in my system, causing concern. The product is a compound. It appears cheap with a low introductory offer and then increases over the course of the subscription. Read the fine print. This is not a legitimate health provider. Beware.

I have been using this tirz for a year

I have been using this tirz for a year, and I am pleased with the result. I have lost 40 pounds since March 2025; and right now I am using this for maintenance. Also, customer service via email is quick and prompt.

There was liquid in the vile but it had no medication in it.

I have used a number of companies for Trizepitide and this one had no medication in the vile of liquid they shipped to me. I kept using it weekly thinking it would kick in. I felt no appetite change. Very disappointing. There was product in the vile but the efficacy was nonexistent. my last order number was 138988 shipped 3/4/2026

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE serviceere do I start

Where do I start. I placed a order thinking I was getting a 4 mouth supply thinking it was going to be cheape. On the order form the higher the mounth it got cheaper. "WRONG" that means what mouth you are in on your wait lost.So I order mouth 4 and instead of contacting me they just sent it to me just to make the sail. Then when I got my order I realized what had happened I tried calling to speak to a customer service person. THEY DO NOT TAKE CALLS AT ALL. Only email so when I asked why didn't you fix my order cuz clearly I made a mistake in my order. They replied back we did adjust your order which was a out right lie.They sent me mouth 4 instead of mouth 1. Not happy about getting lied to. So I said the product is working let me please anther order it was convenient "MISTAKE " I place another order I put the wrong billing address My mistake they sent me a email saying order was canceled.If you want place anther order so I did with correct address everything was fine but when except I got both orders so they fumble again. Sent a email to them because you can't call reply was well you place two orders. Great product but absolutely terrible companies to deal with. Horrible customer service.I will never deal with them every again. I highly recommend the product but highly recommend you don't order from their company.

I have concerns that my Tirzepatide…

I have concerns that my Tirzepatide that I have been buy for several months has been fake. I was with Citizen Meds for 2.5, 5, and 10mg. I decided to change providers and started at 12.5mg and I was so extremely sick from the 12.5mg, that I truly believe that the titrate was bogus. This is even more concerning that they would send fake meds knowing that this is a possibility and harm people when they take a large REAL dose. Now that the extreme nausea and fatigue subsided from the real medicine, I notice for the first time the appetite suppression and how this medication is supposed to work. I had only lost 10 pounds in 4 months, but was likely a placebo. Be careful. I have no proof other than the 12.5 shocking my system so badly! I had zero side effects on Citizen Meds up to this point. Now I have to go all the way back down to keep from getting sick.
