Easy ordering, fast shipping, quality medicine
It was very easy to order from Citizen Meds. The order process was simple, processing took just a couple of days, and then my order arrived overnight. My medicine also arrived in nice custom packaging. This was the nicest GLP order unboxing I've had! :-) I thought the needles that were included were a little large of gauge for me personally. I am used to 30 or 31 gauge needles, but I received 29 and 25 gauge needles.

At First everything seemed great
everything seemed wonderful. I received my shipment quickly and it was packaged very nice. However, I only received half of what I ordered and paid for. Tried calling voicemail full can't leave a message. No reply to my email. They sent exactly half of what I should be getting... trying to dispute with credit card. Be ware...

Great product. Efficient company.
I have been using Citizen Meds for a few months. They are very efficient. Whenever I send an email for a situation they answer me within a few hours. I have even received a response from them at 3:00 a.m. The product seems very good. I have reduced 2 clothing sizes in 3 months. They have good sales making it more affordable. I recommend this company.

BEWARE!!!!!!!
Deeply concerning experience with Citizen Meds. Order placed and paid for 12/1 with express shipping remains unshipped and stuck in “processing.” Six emails requesting status updates have gone unanswered and one was a generic auto reply. Phone number goes straight to a personal voicemail. Their Plano office was closed during normal business hours with not a soul in sight (yes, I went there today). Their promise of 4-5 business day processing is a lie. I’ve missed my medication dose and now I’ll have to order elsewhere which will cause me to miss more doses! I’ll be disputing the $260 charge with my bank. The good reviews on here are fake. I guarantee it. This is not a legitimate company and I give it NO stars.

I have ordered from them several times and we all must be aware of side effects whether its a coumpounded order or not. I took the chance and started using coumpounded Tirzepitide about 8 months ago and have lost 28lbs and absolutely love how I look and feel about myself. It has changed my life but I also exercise 4 to 5 days a week to stay healthier. For me it has been worth the risk and yes some side effects but the longer Im on it the less I feel of side effects and in fact the meds help me with bloating..Citizen med have great discounts and its shipped out fairly quick. Im happy being thin again!!

Great packaging
The delivery is exceptionally fast! Love the way they pack it, they pack it in a sort of care box makes you feel like YOU matter. The prices could be a little cheaper for those without insurance. Very happy with the products I buy. 😊

I’ve had a great experience with Citizen Meds so far. Ordering Tirzepatide was simple and the whole process was easy to follow. My order arrived quickly (after the initial pharmacy hold)and everything was well packaged. The medication has been effective and reliable. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the price—I do wish it were a little more affordable. Otherwise, I’ve been very happy with the service!
