If You Want Your Business to Fail, Use CJDropshipping

I worked with CJDropshipping for around three years, and I have now reached the point where I can no longer recommend them. At first, the platform may look convenient. The mobile app is useful, the tracking is easy to follow, and I also had custom packaging set up with them. That is one of the main reasons I continued working with them despite repeated issues. The first problem is processing time. They often display 2 to 4 days of processing, but in reality this is very rarely respected. Orders often stay in processing much longer before being shipped, which makes the final delivery time much longer than expected. If you run an e-commerce store, your customers are the ones waiting, and you are the one who has to handle the complaints. The second problem is stock accuracy. Products can be shown as available on their platform, but in reality they are not. They are very quick to take payment for an order, but once the money is paid, the service quality does not follow. You often only discover the stock issue after paying. Do not expect fast delivery either. Based on my experience, even in the best cases, you should not expect delivery in under 10 days. Between processing delays, stock issues and shipping delays, the real delivery time is often much longer. The biggest issue is after-sales support. CJDropshipping makes too many mistakes: wrong sizes, incomplete products, missing items or missing accessories. But when there is a problem, they often try to find excuses to avoid reshipping or refunding. For example, I recently received an incomplete product. I waited five days just for them to confirm whether they would resend the missing accessory. After five days, they told me that the variant I chose did not include the accessory. This is not true. The variant I purchased was clearly shown as “Product+Accessories”, meaning the accessory was included. The accessory is also visible in the product photos and in the customer comment section on their own product page. I had already had the same issue with the same product before, and at that time they accepted to resend it. Now, for the same type of issue, they suddenly use a new excuse. I also personally ordered this product before to check whether the accessory was included, and it was. Customer service is also very frustrating. Every time you contact them, you speak with a different person. The answer is almost always “Please kindly wait”. If you do not follow up several times, nothing moves. Be careful with positive reviews too. They often ask for reviews at the beginning, when you first start working with them, before the real problems happen. If you want to build a serious, structured and professional business, I honestly recommend looking elsewhere. The only reason I was able to keep working with them for almost three years is because I provided proper customer service to my own customers and protected my brand myself. But from CJDropshipping towards me as a seller, I did not receive that same level of service at all. After three years, I have had enough. I would strongly advise other sellers to be very careful before relying on CJDropshipping.
