I really give 5 stars to agent Bonnie Chen. He's the best agent. I had a problem more than 5 days that none of the agents could resolve it. Bonnie Chen was the only one who was able to figure out the problem and tell me what it was. the reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the others hand no idea about it. Keep up the good job.

Order not arrived even after 30 days
Although their customer support is good, but my order has not arrived yet. I placed it 33 days ago. According to its shipping service, it should have arrived withing 15 days. I payed 6 dollars for shipping! What a waste..

Great platform until you have product issue- they don't take any responsibility
Overall a really good drop shipping platform, efficient and professional. However they would not deal with very simple product issue and you would be the one to absorb the problem product cost. it will only leave you very little profit for all the work you put in. I have never once successfully get money back from CJ.
