Horrible experience
Horrible experience! I have purchased 3 watches .. one of them came broken.. I have emailed them many times but there has been no response. For such a bad customer service and quality, I wouldn't recommend it ever! Beware

I had difficulty with my order as only one of the three items I had ordered was sent. When I reached out to Clarine about this, they responded within a few hours to remedy it. So far, I am very happy with the watch I did receive, and I am excited for the other two items to arrive. Grateful that Clarine was so helpful!
Amazing product
I was a little bit worried when I ordered, but wow was I wrong. These watches are absolutely beautiful. Come in lovely boxes and Come with a tool to make smaller. The price was amazing. Would definitely order again.

I don't really wear watches but this one looks so sheike! Thye were meant to send me 3 as they had an offer but something went wrong at checkout - customer service promptly responded to my email and arranged to send the additional 2 watches. Love the watches!

I bought one and got two for free, it’s my first time purchasing from them and it’s worth every penny. I got the gold with green dial, the silver and black dial and the two tone with white dial and they are all lovely. They make me feel boogie and rich and i get lots of compliments wearing them. I am definitely getting the other designs and i will keep buying.

I already own one of Clarine’s mixed metal (silver and gold) watches, and I absolutely love it. The quality is beautiful, it’s comfortable to wear, and I’ve received so many compliments on it. My best friend loved it too, which is why I wanted to order another one as a gift. I recently had a misunderstanding with a promotional offer on my order, and I reached out to Clarine’s customer support. They responded promptly, explained what had happened, and very kindly offered to honor the promotion as a one-time exception by sending the two complimentary watches at no additional cost, including covering the shipping.
