I’m very happy with my Clarine watches. They look amazing, the quality and attention to detail are impressive, and the packaging is beautiful. What really stood out was the excellent customer service. They were responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my order. Beautiful watches and outstanding service. Impossible to get hold of their customer care. The watches I received have problems. I would not recommend buying from them, I am so disappointed. Delivery also took much longer than the website says. The match they sent me has some kind of black mark under the glass. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED, I didn't even want the other free watches I wanted this white one and now I have 3 watches I don't want. I hate these people.
Love the watches!! I bought 3 colors. They run large so ANYONE can wear it. Plus it comes with a sizing tool for tiny wrists like mine. Very soft on the skin. They can be worn casual or dressy.
I ordered the three for one and only received one. I connected with their support team and they promptly sent out the other two at no additional charge to me. I love the one I have. It’s classy and hasn’t turned or affected by perfume or lots of hand washing.
I bought my fiancé one of these watches as she wanted something inexpensive and beautiful. The items took longer to arrive than the website stated, and when she tried to contact them no one got back in contact with her. They send up to 2/3 spam emails a day somedays, yet no one gets back to her about her stresses about the delay in delivery. The watches finally arrived today only for the one she was most excited about to have brown marks under the glass on the watch face.. This is clearly shoddy work, and I am SO DISAPPOINTED to see under the reviews that I am not the only person to have experienced this. My fiancé has been sitting quietly alone in the garden crying about wasting money because she thinks this was a complete waste of money now and doesn't even want to wear the other ones she got for free cause she says they aren't as nice as the white one. Thanks for the mental health issues this is going to cause me over the next 6 months and likely any time I bring uo buying a new watch, this was supposed to be a sweet gift and its just turned into a trigger now.
All 3 watches arrived boxed beautifully, they look and feel very expensive. The link took is super easy to use and overall extremely happy with these 3 beautiful watches.
I highly recommend them! At first, I was actually feel sad because I ordered a Buy One, Get two offer, but only one watch was sent to me. I contacted them thru email, and they explained that I had actually made a mistake during checkout. I completely understood and admitted that it was my error. What really impressed me, though, was how understanding and accommodating they were. Even though the mistake was on my end, they still offered to send me the two watches that were missing as a complimentary gesture. That kind of customer service really stood out to me. They could have simply told me that it was my mistake and left it at that, but instead, they chose to help and make things right. So from my experience, I’m genuinely happy with their service and would definitely recommend them! ❤️
I have ordered a total of 9 watches in different colours. They look so expensive but really affordable. I have been gifting them to friends and they love them as much as I do. Each watch comes with a little device to take links out yourself which is so easy to use. The packaging is excellent, they individually come in boxes. I will continue to order from Clarine. 💗
They were great to work with and communicated well. I loved how supportive they are and how much information they gave to me as a creator. I knew what to expect and what they wanted, but also got to have creative freedom to make it my own.

I’m really happy with this watch. It has a beautiful two-tone gold and silver design that looks elegant and stylish. The rectangular dial gives it a classic look, and it is comfortable to wear. It looks even more beautiful in person and goes well with both casual and dressy outfits. Very happy with the quality and appearance. Definitely worth the price!

I want to spend a few words for Clarine's customer support team because they really deserve to be thanked. I asked for a change in my order via the "Contact us" section of the website and I received a positive answer in a couple of days. But above all, I really appreciated their kindness and willingness: I've rearely dealt with such a collaborative customer support service!
I bought 3 watches for the price of one and each watch looked so luxurious and expensive. They were also easy to adjust with the complimentary adjustment tool sent with each watch. Shipping was also pretty quick! Overall a good experience.
