I had a very disappointing experience with Clarine. It’s been over a month since I placed my order, and despite constant follow-ups, I still haven’t received my watches. Their customer service is extremely poor. Most of the time, they don’t respond to emails or messages, and when they do, they keep giving false updates. I was repeatedly told that my order was “out for delivery,” followed by claims that the delivery attempt had failed, even though no one ever contacted me or attempted delivery. As a customer, this has been incredibly frustrating. Instead of providing honest updates, they keep making excuses while leaving customers waiting with no clear resolution. I would not recommend ordering from Clarine based on my experience. If you’re considering buying from them, be prepared for delayed deliveries, poor communication, and a lack of accountability. Thank you for your response, but I completely disagree with your explanation. The shipping address I provided was absolutely correct. I use the exact same address for all my online orders, and I can provide proof of that if required. Blaming an incorrect address is simply not accurate. You mentioned that your team kept me updated and advised me to contact the last-mile courier. However, I have been emailing your support team almost every single day, and most of my emails went unanswered. The only response I received was asking me to provide proof that I had contacted the courier, which I did immediately. After that, I received no meaningful follow-up or resolution from your team. At the end of all this, I have neither received my order nor received a refund of the approximately $80 I paid. I fail to understand how this is a fair outcome when I have done everything that was asked of me. I am requesting a proper resolution to this matter. Please either resend my order to the correct address or issue a full refund without any further delays.

First of all the watches are so beautiful! What's difficult is choosing what color because they are all beautiful! Each watch comes with a resizing tool and its easy to use. Buy 1 get 2 free is so great! Amazing experience from selections to purchase and communication. The shipping was quick too! If I only have a lot of extra money ill get all my friends those watches. Perfect for a gift. I love them all. I have 3 altogether. One for me and the other 2 are for my nieces. They're pretty ecstatic about it. Silver watch broke on first wear

I’ve received six watches, I mean come one for that price it’s great! Everybody said high quality, I’d disagree, it’s good enough quality to look nice but it doesn’t feel like high quality. Three of them with the pearls I was not able to resize with the resize tool because it did not have enough stability and while I wear the silver gold watch a lot, the silver one broke while wearing it for the first time and somewhere, where I cannot fix it! It’s really sad! However for the deal 3 for 1, it’s great value!
