Have used the services for awhile, Malware scanner is a plug with Wordpress especially and also the spam tool already working great on my non-wordpress site. Been with them a couple of years now, since February of 2023.
My site was under attack and dozens of spammers per day registered on it. No spam comments, because I used a good spam plugin, but having those annoying emails for users registering on my web with fake email addresses and having to manually delete them every time was time consuming. I tried a lot of plugins and none of them delivered what they promised, the problem continued. Of course, I don’t want to disable the option to register, I need that on my site. Finally, I tried CleanTalk, and man, it solved the problem right away. I used the free trial and immediately subscribed before the trial ended. It works wonderfully, one of those plugins with a fair price and are really worth their cost.

Easy to setup and manage the plugin
Easy to setup and manage the plugin. Dashboard shows all and easyly configured to keep out most or even all spam via country, ip etc. The spam firewall add-on is a nice feature to create personal lists.
(running server with 100+ sites and good security, but this is a very good addition to stay save)
If you're struggling with spam on your website, I highly recommend giving CleanTalk a try. It's been a lifesaver for me, and I'm confident it will be for you too. My clients' website forms were constantly flooded with junk submissions, wasting my time and making it hard to find genuine inquiries.
CleanTalk has been a game changer, blocking over 20,000 junk form submissions per week on one of my client's sites.
Setup was as easy as installing the extension, and adding my product key. That's it, it worked out of the box with little tweaking.
Decent spam and security plugin.
Overall their plugin and service is mediocre. Their spam plugin works great and gets top marks from me. Their malware scanner is below average as they have a lot of false positives.
Their support is below par as well as they have a habit of trying to gaslight you and make baseless claims such as "that specific file is fine, but the author is known for dubious work at best". When pressed for details they go into gas light mode, until you ask them if the vendor would consider their statements slander, at which point they quickly packpeddle.

I've been using Cleantalk for spam and site security for a few years now. I love that it allows you to check valid email addresses on contact forms and email newsletter sign-up forms. I also liked that you can create white and black lists. You can block IP addresses or by country. There is a bit of a learning curve but once you understand the basics it's easy to use. I liked that it funnels all of my spam messages from my contact to one location. You can read the messages and mark it as spam, block the IP, and delete the messages. You can also approve them if they are correct You get a weekly update email about the number of blocked spam messages with other security updates.

Haven't had a spam comment or message on my website since I started this service over 9 years ago. I just signed up my girlfriend for her websites.
Since I host about 30 websites on my own VPS, I can make use of the Hosting Antispam. All sites on the same IP are protected, for $5 a month. This is great, and I can offer it to my clients for free.
Now about their helpdesk and ticket system. This is really unbelievable. They answer within 10 minutes and have a solution for your problem in a couple of hours.
