Been using Cleantalk for 2+ years now on my e107 CMS based website and we dont get any spam at all. Some new memberships are occasionally registered which dont actually end up interacting on site at all, so may be bots, but they are few and far between and can be deleted. Any issues that do arise with Antispam or Site Security plugins are quickly addressed by the support team including the recent 'false posititve' reporting errors. Overall it's been a great experience using CleanTalk and can't recommend it highly enough to keep a website and forum free of annoying cr*p that affects many others.

Been using clean talk antispam extension to protect my forum and wiki for the past couple years and it works extremely well with good features. I have found a couple of weird issues over the usage and reported them, they have been quickly fixed. My previous spam app stopped working on my webpage. After the upgrade to Joomla version 6, I received spammail again via my webpage. So I was searching for an alternative. My search ended at CleanTalk. Now all spammail is blocked again. And I can check this on a clear log screen.

CleanTalk is a very useful and highly reliable program. It removes all spam and even blocks it before it reaches the website thanks to its firewall — bots simply can’t get through! (And this is possible even with the basic version, which costs around $10 per year!). It’s also possible to create lists of blocked users, which further strengthens security. And what about customer support? Absolutely excellent! They respond quickly and with great precision, and they are always available whenever you have the slightest doubt or question. Ever since I installed CleanTalk, I’ve felt much more at ease with my website. I highly recommend it!
