Excellent experience
My experience with ClearCardio has been nothing short of excellent from day one. Beginning with the initial Zoom call to decide if ClearCardio was the right choice for me, there was no pressure or heavy sales pitch. Just clear and concise information about what they offer and what to expect if you sign up. Once you sign up, the portal and Zoom calls the lead up to your scan experience are all very helpful and keep the lines of communication open throughout the experience. The scan day experience was very smooth for me. I had driven 7 hours to the Miami location so I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived to find parking near the office. Reception was quick and easy and the whole thing was done in. about 30 minutes. The followup analysis with Dr. Osborne was also excellent as he explained everything shown in the scan results and we discussed a plan going forward.

Debunked a misdiagnosis with data
My OB ordered a carotid artery ultrasound. I was told I already had Level 2 arterial narrowing. I saw Dr Osborne. After the scan, he walked me through every mm of any plaque in my body. He debunked the diagnosis. With data. Doesn’t get better than that. Plus, his passion for what he does? Who isn’t attracted to that!?!
I had my Clear Cardio scan for…preventative treatment for worrisome symptoms
I had my Clear Cardio scan for preventative treatment but also because I have had years of chronic pain that causes heart worrisome symptoms. Dr. Osborne is one of the best and the entire scan process was great. He is very thorough when discussing your results, patient and doesn't make you feel rushed during your appointment. He makes sure you don't have any questions but their portal is very easy to use if you do have questions come up. Replies are quick too. This scan gave me peace of mind knowing what is actually happening and not happening with my heart so I can treat my symptoms and body appropriately. The most important part of your body should be given proper attention and this scan does just that! With all of life's obstacles, everyone should know how their heart is functioning.
Amazing technology and great experience
Great technology and Dr. Osborne is wonderful. In-depth analysis, thorough understandable explanations and a great “bedside manner”. My wife and I both did the study and we are so glad we did. We highly recommend ClearCardio.
I just had my scan yesterday
I just had my scan yesterday The technicians were excellent. Everyone at the facility bent over backwards to make sure that I was set and prepared. I was probably there 45 minutes. Five stars throughout

Both my husband and I had the best experience with ClearCardio and Dr. Osborne. Besides the technology being fascinating, the level of care was fantastic. The debrief session was in-depth with all and any questions answered. Can’t say enough about the quality and the importance of this screening!

Excellent process
Excellent process, very well done. People were all informative and helpful. The scan was simple and rather quick. Earlier today I had my 45 minute follow up with Dr. Osborne and that was breathtaking. He shared with me my chest, lungs, spine, esophagus, liver before focusing in on my heart and arteries. The software and images were wonderful as he went all through my heart. He found some minor issues and gave me a clear path on how to resolve and reverse my plaque. There is no guessing game involved. This worth the knowledge and peace of mind - a great value.
Dr Osborne is phenomenal
Dr Osborne is phenomenal. He explained in simple English what waa found in my scan and some adjustments that are needed in my medications and getting off eliquis. I felt that he was truly concerned for my health and he spent a good hour reviewing my testing and explainer detail. The 3D graphics were extremely helpful. After having suffered an aneurysm is 2017 and AFIB in 2024, I was thrilled to see very low level plaque in my cardio region. I scheduled my screening in Miami. It was quick and professional. Easy to find facility. Great to meet JD and his wife there for the opening. Dr Osborne, simply stated, thank you!!
Clear Cardio: supportive and well organized
I went for my CT angiography and all went smoothly. Staff were friendly and explained each step and what to expect. I have been receiving helpful emails, videos, and reminders since starting with ClearCardio. I also like getting a real live human being on the other end of the line when I call them with a question! I look forward to learning about my test results from Dr Osborne very soon.

ClearCardio is Awesome!
First, the education alone is worth the price of admission. As lay people, we don’t get the opportunity to learn things that are truly important about heart health until it’s too late and even then so much information is kept from us. The experience with their clearcardio has been professional, enlightening, and extremely helpful. I was fortunate enough to have a functional doctor referred me to the Cleerly scan in 2025, and even more fortunate to have found Dr. Osborne, and ClearCardio in 2026. Now I feel like I’m not only well informed, but have a clear idea of what it will take for me to achieve better heart health moving forward. My only regret is that I didn’t take more action when I was younger to learn about preventive cardiac care.
I Don't Think I Got My Money's Worth
I don't feel that I got my money's worth. I think they did a super fantastic job of marketing via YouTube. But you have to pay $6000 upfront. The first major thing that happens when you pay that sky-high fee is they schedule a CCTA at a hospital facility in Carrollton, Texas. Transportation to get there is entirely at the patient's expense. One of my complaints is that the nurses who gave me contrast during that procedure gave me some terrible bruises. I expected better. The $6000 is supposed to include 6 months of follow up care. They do much of their communications via ZOOM over the internet. When it came time for followup after I had been taking the prescribed drugs for awhile, I suddenly discovered that they are not willing to pay for any of the followup medical tests. They do not disclose any of this upfront. There are many other hospitals around the country where you can get a CCTA done for less that $700. Of course in most cases you have to get a doctor to prescribe it. I have come to suspect that Mr. Enbright's and Dr. Osborne's operation is really a lot more about greed and self-enrichment than it is about the patients. They do a super fantastic job of reeling people in for something that is way way overpriced. I did get them to refund $3000. I have profited from the fact that I have a more accurate picture of my existing case of atherosclerosis than would be the case had I not gotten the CCTA. So I do see some value. I just didn't see $6000 worth or close to that. I became concerned that there was some delay moving on to followup blood and/or urine tests to find out if the medication was producing the intended results.

This includes more than 7 appointments with our team and full admin support. The advanced CCTA scan, labwork and AI analysis Dr. Osborne’s detailed review and personalized prevention plan Six months of clinical follow up, medication optimization, and support Travel costs and any external facilities’ fees (including future lab work or additional imaging ordered outside the initial protocol) are not included in the program fee, and this is outlined in our intake and consent process and patient agreements, which patients sign before starting your journey with us. Imaging experience and bruising The CCTA itself is performed by an independent hospital facility, not by ClearCardio staff. We are sorry you experienced bruising from the IV contrast; that is not the standard we want for any of our patients. While we don’t control the hospital’s staff or procedures, we do take this kind of feedback seriously and share it with the facility so they can review and improve. Follow‑up testing and care Your six months of follow up with our team did include ongoing medication management, Zoom visits, and access to our clinical staff for questions and guidance. Additional imaging or lab work beyond the initial program scope is ordered when medically appropriate, but those tests are billed by the labs or facilities themselves, not by ClearCardio, which is why they are not included in the original fee. Excellent. Dr Osborne carefully reviewed and explained all cardiac CT scan and bloodwork lab results. He recommended medical prescription changes to address issues. All was done thoroughly, professionally and efficiently based on latest technology.
