Charged 3 times for a night guard that didn't fit
I ordered a night guard. They sent the impression kit to me. I did everything correctly and sent back. The night guard they sent me did not fit and was wobbly, so I asked to do the impression again. They did not do that. Instead, they had me take pictures and send it back to them to fix and send back to me - still didn't fit and hurt my gum so much. They asked to send it back again and after more than a month, I've never heard anything from them. Demanding my money back and they said it's already passed the 30-day refund period. I filed dispute through my cc and was able to get my money back, but then they kept charging me for it over and over again. This is the third time I've filed dispute through my cc because they would not stop even though I cancelled the subscription of something that would never worked for me. They make defective product and keep charging people for it. Customer service is also horrible. No help at all.

Regarding your refund, our records show that your request was made outside of our 30-day refund window. We understand you chose to work with your credit card company, and once a chargeback is filed, the matter is handled through the card issuer's dispute process.
We also want to clarify that we do not continue charging customers after a subscription has been canceled. If additional charges appeared while a chargeback was being processed, those transactions may have been related to the bank's dispute handling rather than new subscription renewals. I love my ClearClub NightGuard
I love my ClearClub nightguard. I purchased the 3mm upper and could not be happier. The fit process was easy, and the guard fits perfectly. I had purchased my old nightguard from my previous dentist many years ago. I grind and clench my teeth terribly - so badly that I have broken crown on my teeth. So my old nightguard was worn, loose, and I clearly needed a new one. Given the expense of buying a new one from the dentist, I thought I would try ClearClub. So glad I did! I even brought the ClearClub nightguard in to my dentist. He was very impressed with the quality and fit. I have been wearing mine for almost two months without issue. Do not hesitate giving them a try.

Clear club makes it easy
Clear club makes it easy to get the impressions done or redone as needed, they have an easy upload system for imaging for the technicians to use to approve before you send them in and find out if they don't work or not. That's important. The entire process is very easy and it's way less expensive than doing it through the dentist's office, so I'm very pleased with that. My mouth guards have been very comfortable so far.
