Affordable value and great experience!

This was great! Having the convenience of making a custom made night guard from the comfort of my home was a plus. Clearclub followed up every step of the way.

I was most impressed by the follow up…

I was most impressed by the follow up in customer service care for this product. Ironically, when I got the call from customer service to see if I liked it I was actually using my night guard for a nap. The product is comfortable doesn’t cause any irritation to my gum or tongue and easy to clean. Overall, I have seen improvement with my quality of sleep thanks to trusting that my jaw can relax, and my sensitive teeth are protected.

The night guard fits perfectly. The delivery time was fast and the instructions to make the mold was very simple and easy to understand.

EDIT: it’s been over 2 weeks that I paid for next one (subscription) they already have my impression and STILL hasn’t shipped… AND takes a week to get here..no longer a happy customer…changing my stars to 1 Perfect fit! Came pretty quick…wear it every night…expecting my next one to be shipped anytime now

Sent in impression they said not good…

Sent in impression they said not good enough. Wait a week for a new kit. Do that one wait a week. Then they tell me not good even though me and husband confirmed it was perfect. Week later Sent me a pack that makes you bite down for 4 minutes straight I couldn’t get to it and said i have tmj pain and would be unable to do it. Asked for refund they said its over 30 days their fault. I would not trust this company is a rip off

Great overall experience

Great overall experience. The one thing I do want to highlight is their customer service. I can’t tell you the last time I’ve dealt with a company with as good of customer service as them. They were so responsive and even reached out to see how satisfied I was with everything. 10/10 would recommend this company to anyone. As for the product. It’s exactly what I expected. Solid quality and fits perfect.

Very easy to do and customer service was really helpful with making sure the mold was right. I have had them done at a dentist office and this was exactly the same quality but a fraction of the price.

Great Overall!

Overall, a great experience. After submitting my impression photos for the first time, it turned out that I needed to redo it. They sent me another impression kit for free, and that one turned out fine. I haven't used the night guard for very long, but so far it's been great. Can barely even feel it, which is MUCH better than my experience with a store-bought DIY one. I wish the process didn't take as long, but other than that, I'm glad I gave it a try.

Helps not having to make appt and got to dentist and talk lots of time out of your day …. And I worked in the dental field for over 20 years . Also little cheaper than dental or orthodontic offices charge ! Great fit and comfort ! Will use them again !!!

Retried Mold No Issues

I had some difficulty getting the mold done right, but they quickly sent me a replacement to try again with no issues. The guard that came in fits my teeth well and is helping with my clenching and grinding

I am totally thrilled with my night guard. The company is very thorough to ensure your order is correct. If not, they send you another kit. They communicates through the process so you are informed about your order status. I was impressed with the price and how they stand by their product. Kudos!
