While I did not have successful results from my trial of the product (thus reducing by one star), I can give a full-throated endorsement of the company's customer service. I started using Nova Flow in February '26 and nothing happened at first, but I continued. I used it at it's fullest capacity, once a day, for two months, usually at night, and I actually forgot that there are three levels of intensity, and the third level, where the red ray increases and decreases is my favourite. The changes occurred as I was going into my third month of use. Anyhow, health wise, I am going through the menopause, I am an Autoimmuner and have sinusitis, so it looks like I have the sniffles, yet I don't. I used to have to keep telling people that I don't have a cold, simply because of the way they looked at me. I have found that Nova Flow has helped to reduce my nose from streaming, and it has reduced my mucus without drying out my throat. In terms of my job, it's really helped my nose not to react so much to fragranced products and my allergies have reduced as I have a cat, and as a singer, it's given me the capacity to breathe with ease. Nova Flow is wonderfully easy to use, it has also stopped any colds from coming on from being around others, and is a part of my everyday routine, even when I'm away on holiday.

I love my Novaflow!, it has worked wonders for my sinuses, so much so that I no longer require surgery! I highly recommend getting one, it’s a game changer. Recently I damaged my charging cable, and contacted customer services, Coney the advisor was so helpful, and I couldn’t be happier with the polite, respectful help that I received, thank you.
Do yourself a favor and buy the same kind of device on Amazon for $15.00. The Cleriva ships from China, so its most likely the exact same device as the ones on Amazon. What a scam.

This product is amazing! For most of my life I have had sinus issues - congestion, runny nose for hours every morning, relying on nasal decongestant sprays multiple times a day - but after less than a week of using the NovaFlow twice and day for only 10 minutes at a time, I am only needing the spray once a day at bedtime (maybe the four cats in my house?😁) But I will never be without this device! And customer service has been exemplary.
The original order didn't take as long as expected, and also, when the device stopped working, they replaced it within a week!
As someone with seasonal allergies and sleep apnea, this seems to be working. The power buttons topped working, but they said they will replace it.

I ordered the NovaFlow because i was a chronic sufferer of allergies and sinus infections. I worked in a very dusty environment because I was a woodworker at the time, and so my sinuses were constantly enflamed. I needed this product to work because I really wanted to stay at my job. I only used this product after work once a day and it immediately started to decongest my sinuses as I drove home. The chronic pain and infections went away. This company is very responsive to its customers and they're product works! I work somewhere else now,, but I still use my NovaFlow! Thanks, Cleriva!
I have suffered from allergies for about 20 years. I have had sinus surgery. I have tried allergy shots and sub lingual drops and nothing seems to work. I have used red light therapy for other things and it has been successful so I figured I would try this. I have been using Cleriva for a few weeks now and it does seem to be reducing my sinus pressure. I have not stopped taking my daiky antihistamines, I figured when Ive been on Cleriva a few months then maybe I will try discontinuing the medications. I am very hopeful that this product will be a solution for my allergy issues.
100% recommend this product. I was getting a lot of sinus headaches and taking pain relief regularly but since using this product I’ve barely needed it! It really helps with my allergies as well and I don’t suffer half as much with a congested nose! The customer support is also amazing. After my dog chewed the device they very kindly agreed to replace it free of charge so would 100% recommend this company and its products to anyone.

Unfortunately, the device didn't work for me - it won't work for everyone and I'm apparently just one of those exceptions. However, the customer service has been phenomenal!
