Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Many consumers find that the platform acts as an all-in-one solution, centralizing tasks, documents, and communications, which significantly boosts productivity and clarity across their teams. Reviewers appreciate the platform's high degree of customization, allowing people to adapt views and workflows exactly to their unique processes, while powerful features like AI assistants are also helping to speed up daily work. However, some customers mentioned that the interface can be complex and overwhelming initially, and a few reviewers experienced specific issues such as synchronization errors between mobile and PC, or noticing ads appearing within the product after five years of use. Other people also felt that some fundamental expectations, such as the reliability of basic features or the usability of certain configuration areas, were not met.

The customization of almost everything is a great advantage, so the project or workspace is exactly whats its creator wants.
