Do not purchase from this company as the product is not fit for purpose and does not work as discribed in the advert. To add to this you will not get your money back as they state it was bought in a final sale even though they guarantee money back if unsatisfied. a complete scan to take your money stay well away
The unit is NOT an air con it is actually a very poor fan with minimum affect on climate control. Don't waste your money, totally useless
This product is a complete scam, does not produce any cool air fan air can barely even be felt. The so called 60 day return guarantee is also a scam, the have no intention on returning your money after you spend the money to return it.
Everything about this company is crap, I have several emails stating the refund, dating back a month, they wont honor it or a return. Horrible customer service, all they care about is the money. I have turned this over my payment provider to recoup my money, fraud, lies, deceptions and excuses is all you get! BEWARE!!!
They should be shut down for fraud. The sixty day guarantee is a lie. They label things final sale and don't tell you and then won't refund your money. This is corrupt as industry gets.
This is not an air conditioning unit at all!! It even says ‘heater’ on it. It’s just a con! I asked to return it, which is in China. Cost me over £30, then they said they’d have to deduct a further £6 customs charge from my refund. Still waiting for a refund, which they say they issued! It’s not coming, the whole thing is a scam! I’ve reported them to NatWest. I’d strongly advise against buying from them!!
1 star rating is generous. dont fall for this scam like I and so many others. My experience is same as all the others - unit did not work as advertised, tried to take company up on "Risk Free" Return Policy only to be denied due to purchase being "Final Sale". Which is contradictory to everything stated on the website. Complaint has been filed with BBB for false advertising and predatory nature. Do Not Waste Your Money!
I purchased two units. It was clearly stated on the page I purchased from that there was a sixty day money back guarantee. I got both units, neither one worked. I reached out to the company and they stated items are final sale. They refused a refund.
The worse company. I bought the item it did not work the customer service is very horrible and when I ask for a replacement or my refund although 60 return policy. The company does not honor that. They told me that they cannot do anything for me don't buy any thing from this company. IT IS THE WORSE EVER IT SUCH A SCAM I HOPE KARMA GET THEM BACK
I brought this cooling unit hoping it would help in the hot weather. I contacted customer service after 5 minutes requesting a return address. After several emails I was given an address in China as return site. I returned it after ten minutes as it failed basic safety and efficiency. Its failed to be of fair build quality standard that one can expect from most companies. Cooling was a joke it failed to give cool air Emails (33) to their customer services, their email responses are condescending, lies and excuses. Please don't use this company as the goods are of sub-standard rubbish If you buy from this company you are wasting your money . I have reported this company to trading standard in the UK and request Trustpilot take action against this scam company I would recommend that you read the reviews of this company that are on the internet. Non that I have read are good.
I dont know why we fell for this scammer. They sent an ac/heating unit that didnt look like the picture and to top it all off it doesnt work. The buttons are fake and don't press. I cant believe paypal took their side. They said I'd get full credit if I returned it! TO THE NETHERLANDS from Chicago, IL!!! Shame on these thieves and paypal too!
My husband ordered 3 of the units based on the website information. When they arrived they did not conform to stated claims. A unit rated at 1,500w cannot produce 3,500w of power - fact. The article was much smaller than the impression given in the photography and infact the website does not give product dimensions. We decided to ask for a refund and returned them - costing us 75 euros plus around 20 euros in tax when they arrived in China. A refund was promised within 7 - 10 dqys. Now 13 days later and still no refund, despite numerous e-mails. Do not buy from this company - BUYER BEWARE.
Total FRAUD! Very disappointed with the product as it does not perform as describes. Cool air is not working at all! And when tried to return thw product, company rejected the claim. And even now, they advertise 60 days refund policy under thw air condition!!! Do not trust this company! Their license should have been already revokes!!!
This is the worst product I’ve ever seen in my life. It’s very low quality. It’s nothing more than a fan, I will say the heater is OK, but there is no cool air coming out of that unit. I ask about a refund. They indicated that it was a sale price all sales were final but yet and their advertisement it’s advertised at $159.99. It shows that there’s a 60 day refund along with free shipping. I have turned my case over to American Express for a refund. I’ve saved documentation of their agreements and I intend on using you good folks that have advertised and is very unsatisfied with this product your review as additional proof please stay away from this company. It’s nothing but a scam!!!!!!
Product does not blow cold air. Returned product. They notified me that they have it and will be refunding me in 2-6 business days. No refund. Contacted them and all I get is they forwarded my request to their finance department. Been over a month and nothing. Awful company.
I wouldn't even give this company a one star but I had to give them a star to proceed. This company sells a air conditioner/heater that they q guaranteeor money back, no questions, no Hassel. I am fighting this purchase with my credit card company. This product is no more than a low grade fan that you have to stand right in front of to feel any air. I asked to return the product and they would not get back to me after several texts They finally contacted me and told me it is nonreturnable. I have copied proof from their web site stating money back guarantee , no questions no Hassel. Hopefully my credit card company will take care of this . This company is a SCAM!!!!
Ordered a £120 aircon unit. Arrived bashed to bits. Not working well utterly useless and when I asked to return it they point blank said no. Took no responsibility for it and used the term’final sale’ saying this means it’s not returnable. WHICH APPARENTLY MUST MEAN EVEN IF IT DOESNT WORK! So unless you want broken items and a non working air con unit AVOID THIS USELESS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE

This company sold me a portable aircon product that they refuse to refund. The product was damaged in transit probably by customs. The parcel had been opened but did not have a customs tape over the tear. On immediate receipt of the product I photographed the damage and sent it straight to the company via email. The company requested I test the item on which my reply was. I cannot test it as it does not have an Australian standard electricity plug. I also cited the fact that I would not trust Testing it, as had been opened forcefully and I was not sure of the damage within the inside of the product. The emails I received assured that an outcome would be reached and it had been escalated some three times to date. After being promised to be contacted within 24 hours seven days later, I contacted them and told them that I want a resolution. I want a refund immediately under Australian consumer law. I received an email back and this is what they said: After reviewing your order, we found that the product was marked as final sale. As outlined in our Return Policy, items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund. We understand this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Your feedback is important to us and helps us continue improving our products and services. For your convenience, I’ve attached a copy of the policy, and you may also view ….. (link supplied) I wrote back to them and told them that this is totally unacceptable. It was not disclosed that the product was a Sale out product that would not be able to be refunded. In fact the ad said that it was guaranteed customer satisfaction or your money back! I would not recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a portable air-conditioner. The item is also flimsy like a fan heater that you would mount on your wall. It is obviously grossly overpriced and I can’t test it, but I really don’t think it would be what I was expecting, given how it was marketed. It doesn’t even look like the product in their brochures.
