Avoid Climafy ..... Shocking Customer Service
As a UK customer I was sold this product which it turns out is only suitable for the US market not ours. Hadn't realised this until I got it out the packaging and attempts to 'return and exchange' for a UK version were met with swift negative responses. It was stated that this was clearly marked as a 'Final Sale' product and as such no returns could be accepted. I was only after an exchange should such a thing exist so they wouldn't have been out of pocket but their inflexibility and disregard for customer service was there for all to see. The minute they realised that this was a UK sale there should have been a warning that this product wasn't going to be suitable but they hide behind the small print and you can only hope that the many negative responses on this site and others like it prove to be the downfall of them. If this is how they treat customers then I would avoid at all costs.
As others have said a total SCAM do not buy from this company. I sent a request to return several times but they have not acknowledged my emails. Now having to claim through credit card. What a waste of time. BUYETS BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

Scam Product and Company
This product is far from an air conditioner. Puts out very little air - they don't stand behind their cheap product, they have no phone number and when you email them they say it is not available for return regardless of the reason. This is a SCAM! Stay away!!

Ordered and didn’t realise the unit comes from china! Took ages to come and was poorly packaged. The machine was damaged and not working properly so contacted the company and was asked for pictures and video of damage . For a refund I had to send it back and pay for return postage which cost over £30!!! Chase company up after 4 weeks of no contact, only to be told because I got it in sale, I’m not entitled to a refund so i had paid for return postage to them with them knowing what I paid for it which was still £120!!! A complete rip off. cheap unit and a company with no morals

This place is a ripoff. I ordered an AC. They sent me a heater. The heater couldn't warm up a closet. I returned the heater and asked for a refund, they refused. I asked to send me the AC that I ordered in the first place. They refused. Don't waste your time or money with this company.
Absolutely awful. Does not work. Only button that works is the on button, but produces hot air. Then press it again and it will blow mediocre cool air for 60 seconds and that is literally all you get. It is awful. Super small. Misrepresentation 100%. They refuse to give me a refund also. It’s an absolute joke.

I would give 0 but unable. This company is a scam, they sent a different item then claimed that unable to return due to final sale. They are refusing return refund , the item they sent can be found with £10-15 on other sites, while I paid £119. PLEASE AVOID this scammers

Awful company and even worse refund policy! The product did not work as described and I opted to use their money back guarantee. Their refund policy is deliberately obstructive. Asking for multiple photos and videos of the product. I paid to send it back to China, but it was returned to the UK today. I still haven’t received my money back!
Total SCAM and they do not honour the 60day money back guarantee, it's All a joke !
It doesn't even cost €16 to produce and this gas been verified by a manufacturer of similar items in China.

Unit sold as air conditioning, cools room in short time. Ripped off no cooling capability at all, just a cheap fan with an energy sapping heater element. Stay clear of these products.

This appears to be a scam
This appears to be a scam. Product received was different from what was advertised. Very small and gives less cool air than a portable battery-operated fan. Very different from the picture. They claim to offer a 60 day money back guarantee if not satisfied, but it is not honoured.

On their site, It is said one year money back guarantee! wrong, they are a scam, they said, After reviewing your order, we found that the product is part of our final sale. These items are not eligible for return or refund. I emailed them the very next day after receiving the product, nothing is said on the site on this, and besides the heater does work, the AC does not work. It is JUNK.

Product does not put out cold air
Product does not put out cold air. It's essentially a very expensive tabletop heater. No velocity to sent heat far. Worse, their return policy is a total "SCAM!" Said differently, they will not take returns or issue refunds. They claim "products bought on sale (which they consider all products)" are "final". Yet, there is no such indicate on your order. STAY AWAY!
Bought a supposed air cooler/heater from this company £132 including shipping. Wasn’t worth the cost of the postage. Wouldn’t heat/cool a dolls house. Contacted company who responded immediately with an email. Refused to accept return or issue refund stating a clause in tiny print that goods were marked “final sale” and therefore not eligible for refund. The ad stated clearly no quibble return. I am in contact with PayPal as this was my payment method. I use PayPal as I was told this offers the buyer some protection if unfortunate enough to come across a scam. PayPal have asked me to contact the company first, which I have done. I now have to wait until 21 Sept 2025 for response (if any) from Climafy. Watch this space…..PayPal have made contact with Climafy and asked for response by 11 Sept. Today I received email for them offering 20% refund, which I have rejected. Company then offered 30% refund which I rejected. Then offered full refund if I returned unit which I did costing £36. PayPal closed dispute in favour of seller saying I had used the wrong tracking number and the parcel could not b delivered. I contacted PayPal again with proof of correct tracking number and photo of parcel with address given. Turns out this address DOES NOT EXIST. PayPal refunded me the £132 but still out of pocket £36. Lesson here is seller will never issue full refund as impossible to return unit. Package came back to me today and it’s on its way to bin. PayPal should investigate dealing with this company.
