This is not an air conditioner. Only hot air came out despite having on the cooling section. Then read the description saying blows cool breeze. Immediate contact with company who wanted pictures to prove it didn't work. Sent. Now they want to say my item was marked as final sale not eligible for return. No it wasn't. Very dissatisfied.
UNITS DIDNT WORK AS ADVERTISED, NOISY AND DOESNT COOL A SMALL ROOM. RETURNED UNITS AT AN ADDITIONAL COST TO MYSELF, WITHIN 60 DAYS AND AS INSTRUCTED BY SELLER, JUST TO LATER BUT TOLD THEY WERE END OF LINE AND SO CANT BE REFUND. WHAT? PURCHASED THROUGH PAYPAL SO WAITING FOR DISPUTE RESOLUTION.
