Decided to cancel renewal after a few days. product is very basic. Company stopped monitoring as soon as I cancelled. Even though I had several weeks left. look elsewhere. There are much better products out there.

Hello, I called last night and Nerissa was very helpful with getting cloaked set up for my wife's and my phone. I explained to her that I was not very computer savvy and asked if she could help. And she said she would. She was very patient, polite, curtious, and professional with my situation and was more then happy to help. She walked me through the step by step procedures to install cloaked on my wife's and my phones. It was a pleasure working with her to solve e my issues and very understanding as I am a bit older and not to computer savvy like I said before. She was very professional and patient with me and we completed the registration procedures. And now I feel much better with our electronic devices protected. Edited response, cloaked is actually pretty good at responding not only to customer service but thankfully my passive aggressive and overly worried comments didn’t even make them rude or unprofessional and I fixed the issue with my business handheld and servers by just removing the VPN so they could continue to scrape for data and wanted to apologies to them personally & to those who think it’ll happen overnight as it takes sometimes weeks to months to take information bsck from data brokers, but have self ran businesses that might have issues it’s usually always DNS settings and only the VPN affecting my self made devices and rasberry pi4b servers are all fine once I disconnected the VPN so the negative reviews that has me worried are most likely tech naive and expected Instant results a day or even a week after signing up, I say give them at least a month before you make rash comments like I did as I’d NEVER attempt to ruin a company offering a finally affordable way to get info back from data brokers. So apologies to Cloaked, and I’ll use ublock lite until I’ve seen the results fully but know they’re actively working for my interests even though I was a butthead and that alone impressed me. Hope they can forgive my own rash comments which led to my revision, and I have not even called them yet besides the first original time, but it was only one day after due to connectivity issues, I was weirded out by algo on apps showing ads for them multiple times after signing up a day after but that’s how algorithms work, you click a link and look into a company through a 3rd party ad, you’re gonna see more of it. Use due diligence and patience before jumping to conclusions. Sorry I did as well as I thankfully as a developer encrypting and working towards transparency in my own businesses and coded programs and apps, I quickly saw exactly what they could and couldn’t do and for 10 bucks a month for a person with ALL they offer, and have yet to push anything on me, so I might be buying their shares if publicly traded instead of watching them tank with Reddit and social influence. Luke from customer support was prompt to resolve my issue. I increased my previous 1 star rating to a 4. Previously I wrote: I am missing important calls that are marked as spam, even from numbers in my contact list. I had the service 3 hours and attempted to cancel and get a refund. They canceled my service - next year. No refund. Don't waste your money.

I used cloaked for a bit, they didn’t seem to do much after initial online data removal. You can view how much they even block. Then when you cancel your phone gets constant random calls and texts. THEY SELL YOUR INFO WHEN YOU CANCEL.

Even though you get unlimited numbers and emails, the company is not upfront about permanently deleting your phone numbers and emails frequently if they are not constantly being used. They do not provide any alerts or warnings about which emails and phone numbers they delete. Also, after discontinuing a year of service, my personal information was still on over 700 data broker sites.

We never finalize the service with them they build us through Paypal their company exists through AI bots that don't know what the hell they're doing or how to service you when you call to try and get through to a human being to resolve an issue you cannot get through I don't care if you stay on the phone 10 hours they will not answer the phone I'm convinced this company is a scam

I called Cloaked with a tricky subscription issue (in upgrading, I inadvertently cancelled the entire thing) and reached Frederik, who took the time to understand the help I needed and explained clearly and carefully how we could solve the issue. Once we were clear on that, he began the process and actually had processed the first part of it before I even realized it. He then went through all the steps to set up the annual subscription correctly and process a small refund, remaining calm and cool the entire time. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to do what I needed, so I didn't need to call back, though it took far longer than a normal call. Kudos to Cloaked for their terrific customer service!

I signed up 3 months ago and just cancelled because I'm actually getting more calls than before. I see no improvement. I wonder if they're a scam just like all the calls i'm getting. Worst $100 I spent.

I do not like the call screening system . Most of the time I don't my calls. I canceled this app 2 weeks ago and can't get rid of them.
