I ran a free scan with cloaked and found that my data along with my relatives info was exposed on over 400 data broker sites. I decided to give cloacked a try only to experience some hardship. I wasn't able to make out of bound calls or texts. And I paid $95.99. the extra numbers that I kept seeing was very confusing. It was a struggle using Cloacked. Not worth it! Do something else with $95.99
I am un-Cloaked. After several weeks of trying to troubleshoot and resolve issues with Cloaked’s Call Guard, and a lack of responsible follow-up/troubleshooting/resolution by Cloaked’s engineers/technical support, I gave up on Cloaked, and ran away. My experience with Cloaked was awful. Their Call Guard is a mess, and Cloaked knows it, but did not work very hard to resolve my technical failures with Cloaked’s Call Guard.
I ordered Cloaked, LLC on July 22,2026 and canceled on July 24,2026 and they refused me a REFUND. It was for one person. 9.99 a month, They charged me 95.00. and I have not used it. I'am 70 years old and do not know computers well. I want my money back. Debbie Setzer
Fredick was amazing...called me when I had a problem and walked me through it...I have deleted Cloaked...it wasn't for me but Fredick is great at his job.

it screwed up my connections with my brokerage account and lost a bunch of money, so far have been working with customer support to remove from my computer which they haven't been able to do yet. Customer service is very poor, Screwed up my emails and text messages, I would seriously consider another service before signing up for cloaked.

Cloaked overpromises, and under delivers. It’s not just one click, and you’re good to go, as their ads suggest. It takes hours, to go through all of the issues with data. Of course they don’t tell you that some of these companies will only delete your information, if you live in California. One in the UK, wouldn’t delete it, unless I was dead and attached a death certificate. It’s a good service, but unless they DRASTICALLY improve it, I won’t renew next year, as there will be much better services by the

I had the pleasure of speaking with ASHLEY, customer service/ privacy specialist. We spoke initially via the phone, and followed up by a few emails. She did everything she said she would, contacted me when promised, kept in touch, sent me timely emails. And was able to resolve my issue without any stress! Honestly it’s annoying because it’s announces the calls and they can still leave voicemails. Also it’s a pain to receive regular calls. Takes forever for your contacts to get through. I started receiving more spam calls than I did before cloaked. Not worth it. They didn’t remove my data from the loan spam call I get daily. Not worth paying for.

After i signed up it not only didn't work on my phone but then I started getting charges on my cashapp under a another false claim still trying to charge it It is a scam dont fall for it If u do u will regret it

I signed up for a $5.00 per month plan for one year with CLOAKED. THEY IMMEDIATELY WITHDREW $239.00 FROM MY DEBIT CARD! That is four times the amount I agreed to. I have really enjoyed this app. I had identity fraud last year and feel so much better seeing so many areas with my information being cleared. Only problem I have is when a phone call comes in, and I wish to answer, I’m not quite sure how. I usually have to call back. I’m not versed in technology but I’m getting there. Very happy with service. Nerissa personally walked me through any questions I had. Excellent customer care.

At first I was getting fewer calls and texts, then they slowly increased again. I tried this for a few months, so canceled my subscription. Priced right if it actually worked.
