Great company to work with if you don’t know what you are doing
Great experience even though I didn’t quite understand the computer, CLX reached out to me and explained to me other add on I way want to consider to get the most out of my PC. I also had to make a last minute change and my change was easily accommodate. I highly recommend CLX specially if you don’t really know what you are doing

They are liars....
Great product until something goes wrong. Then they lie to you and charge you for advanced replacement and extra for next day delivery which they never intended to honor.

Rob Lake, First, we wanted to thank you for choosing CLX, and are glad that overall, you have found the product to be a good one. Second, we wanted to provide some additional detail, and once again offer our sincere apology. When you originally dealt with our Support Team, it was arranged to send you a replacement GPU. To upgrade from standard shipping, to a method that would have the GPU arrive at your location on Friday, was a fee of $25.00. When you reached out to us Friday morning to inquire about the shipment, we found that unfortunately, events had not gone as planned. Due to human error, we had dropped the ball and the GPU had not yet shipped. Further, the member of our Support Team that you spoke with that morning neither fully, nor properly, understood the situation and did not handle the matter itself, or the call, in a manner congruent with our standards. For the above we very sincerely, and humbly, apologize. Further, as was communicated to you by a member of management, both by phone and email, we immediately arranged for the shipping of the GPU, using a method so that it would arrive Saturday, and fully refunded the shipping upgrade fee. Please also know that we take the situation quite seriously, and both of the team members involved are receiving extra assistance and guidance from supervisory staff, regarding proper follow-up, and communications. Thank you!

This was a great experience. If there’s any issues with your PC they will fix it right away and accommodate accordingly. Tech support responds fast and stay on top of your issue. They replaced my PC with a brand new one without any problem. And its runs perfect now . Definitely recommend

Hard to give more when my internal cant handle more then Minecraft and the whole system was almost 900, I love the free upgrades I recieved but boot legged me with the graphics card. It was literally the only thing it needed.

The PC build is Siiiiick AF
The PC build is Siiiiick AF! Totally satisfied with the quality of the hardware, the cable management done on it and the customizations I asked for. They add an extra perk of getting to watch your PC getting built on a livestream. I saw most of it until it was time to load the software or do the burn-in. Not sure which one. But it was a cool experience to watch.
