Husband is in love with his new gaming computer. We had bought systems in the past and he was never happy. He is thrilled with this one. We had an issue with the one you sent out originally but you provided excellent customer service and swapped it out immediately. Will use you again.

Jimmy,
If you own a CLX system, and it has encountered an issue, we sincerely apologize.
That said, we are more than happy to assist in diagnosing and remedying the issue.
We do stand behind our products, and provide a 1 year parts, lifetime labor, warranty, as well as free lifetime technical support.
With regard to sending the whole PC back to be checked, while we are certainly glad to work over the phone and/or via email to perform troubleshooting, there can come a point where we need physical access to the system to diagnose and/or repair it.
When we need physical access, in most cases we are able to provide a prepaid return shipping label, and even free packaging materials if needed.
That being said, we would strongly encourage you to contact our Support Team, toll-free, at 855.490.2569, or by email at [email protected], so that we may help you.
Thank you!
The communication and the time to get the computer built was impressive. They respond quick and reach out over any concern/questions to ensure top customer service.
Spent over two thousand dollars on a PC and it was worth every penny. It runs every game so far on ultra graphics on my 45 inch monitor. I am happy with this purchase.
Im going to preface this. I have built very high end gaming pcs since i was 11. But my wife didnt want to bug me about building them a pc. Because they knew I was super busy at the time. So, my wife bought a pc from here about 10 months ago, because from the outside, everything looks amazing for clx, but its soo far from the truth. The pc they got, seemed to be decent and the cost was reasonable for a custom prebuilt system. It worked fine for a while, but fast forward 3 or so months. And thats when everything started to go downhill. First off, their powersupply failed.power supplys have a 10 year warranty in most cases because they rarely go out , or its because they are a very cheap brand. This is a mix of both. It was a somewhat cheap brand, and it technically had a 10 year warranty, but It was easier to just buy a new better one, and throw it in. So I pop in a upgraded one. The old power supply im also pretty sure was used when they put it in. Just by the wear and scratches I saw all over the unit. So now their pc is back up and running perfectly again. 4 months later, when they went to turn on their pc , it was not booting up, and had the cpu error light on. I did all the basic diagnostic for that. I made sure the cooler was tightened, and I removed and repeated the cpu to see if it was that. I also made sure to check for bent pins etc, as this is not my forst rodeo. I even took pics of the cpu socket, and cpu pins to make sure I wasnt missing anything. And after reseating, rethermal pasting, and then applying even pressure to the cpu, it still didn't boot. Well unfortunately I didn't have a test pc, or another pc I could swap the cpu into to check if its the cpu or motherboard at this point. So, got ahold of. Clx, and they told me to do everything I already did to diag it. Since it didnt work, they sent me a box to ship the pc to them. I took pics of how it all looked before hand. And all components up close as precaution. They called a few days later, explaining that there was thermal paste all around the socket ( the thermal paste i isnt conductive anyways, so would not affect it). There was no thermal paste in the snybof the pictures I took, other than ontop of the cpu. They also told me that the motherboard cpu pins were bent and they would to honor the warranty because of this. And that we could have them install another motherboard. For a huge fee. First thing, there just no way I could have bent the motherboard pins. I took close up pics of it before shipping it out to them, and they were fine. And I know better on how to insert a cpu into the socket. Ontop of that, if they were bent, how would that cause failure when it did. Bent socket pins, in 99 percent of circumstances, would cause the pc not to boot from the beginning. Not months later. I sent them the pictures proving they were not bent before hand. They did not care at all. We asked for pics proving it, and they refused to send them to us too. We alsooo asked them to start the rma process for us, for a replacement intell cpu. As intell is replacing all 13th amd 14 Gen chips for free, because of degradation issues. They tried telling us its not a thing and. Its only for 13th gen chips. We even sent them proof staying otherwise, straight from intels website and they again, tried to tell us its not a thing. And tried gas lighting us. Whatever , I had them send the pc back, and bought the same motherboard for wayyy cheaper than they told us. When it arrived back, I threw in the motherboard, and now the pc was up and running perfectly. So yes the issue was the motherboard. But I can garuntee it was not from the cpu socket having bent pins. I also took the time to throw in a different aio water cooler at this point. Because the one they used was horrible. The l
Pump ran at 2k rpm, when any other good aio would run at around 5-6l rpm.we are pretty dure that was also a used part
The standard " CLX " fans they used were not even hooked up to the cpu fan, or sys fan header on the motherboard. They use power straight from the power supply, and figured using a remote to controll fan speed was better than hooking up to the motherboard and allowing the bios, or another computer software to control fan speed. Ontop of that their fans they are horrible. They produced very little cam, so there was no pressure in the case. Ontop of me having to fix their fan placement, and their was turbulence in the case. Because of how they had the placements of the fans. On their website, the upgrade to certain corsair fans was 300 dollars!! When you can buy the exact same fans for 15 bucks for 3 fans.. its ridiculous. Fans dont take thst much to install either, so you can say its labor. All in all, clx is a shady horrible company. People on reddit has had the exact same issues we did so this wasnt a fluke. Find ankther company to get your pc from, or build your own would be my only 2 recommendations.

Great company to order from
We went for one of the ready to ship PCs. It was very easy to pick the one we wanted. Shipping was much faster than expected. The PC itself runs amazing. Will definitely order again when it’s time to get another one.

Great experience as always
Great experience as always. My go-to for a performance pc. The whole process is seamless and effective.
Everything runs at 80-144 frames, then again I'm only playing on high settings, it crashed once, but that was Cyberpunk on max settings which ran at a consistent 113 frames before it crashed, I had it at max settings. Overall it's been an absolute blast, I haven't had a gaming PC in nearly a decade, so this is a massive boost!
The company made sure that all the ordered components were compatible. Wherever there were any questions about compatibility CLX upgraded my order at no charge. I haven't received that excellent level of customer service in a very long time.
The computer works flawlessly and has no glitches, at least not for now. When you pay for shipping and wait to receive a product, that's one of your biggest concerns. Thank you.
CLX Removed my purchase Confusion with Clear Explanations and Outcomes.
I had no idea about specs of a computer, just the expectation of what I wanted it to do. I spoke to customer support, told them what I needed and what I had. They built me the perfect computer for my needs with room to grow if I need it. Thanks for being awesome!
