I’ve had my custom prebuilt for about a month and a half now, and I’m honestly very happy with it. The entire process felt professional and well-organized from the start. One thing I really appreciated was being able to see the stream of the build process, it added a lot of confidence and transparency. The delivery was smooth, and everything arrived in great condition. The company’s policies and overall workflow felt structured and reliable. Setup instructions were clear and not difficult to follow. Most importantly, the PC itself has been running great with no issues so far. Overall, this felt like a high-quality purchase, and I’d definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a custom prebuilt.

then only suggestion i have is to make it clear how to open the sides of unit to remove styrofoam as it took us forever to figure it out... but otherwise amazing.. ready to plug and play

I love that the equipment is all that it's chalked up to be so far. I hope if something happens so is there customer service. I will say the little bit that I did deal with them as they helped me upgrade my ram a little farther was all good 👍
Great service, great PC
PC was built specifically to what I wanted. Other sites told me I couldn't get certain items. Spent 30 minutes going over what I needed. Later, small adjustments were made based on my requirements to ensure I had the perfect setup. Slight delay on delivery, but other than that, everything was perfect.

After spending over 3200 on the PC I was disappointed at the case that was offered as well as the rgb controller. The case feels cheap compared to others I've had and the rgb options are lacking.

From start to finish with my custom build pc!! Phenomenal customer care! I was very satisfied! I’ve tried other services and this is the best experience I’ve had the pleasure to deal with! One of ther reps contacted me about some parts not working well with the pc and it being an issue from the website, so he offered an upgrade free of charge! Which it was unheard of to me. I’m very happy with my purchase and will be buying only from here now. It was also a plus to see my pc getting build! Very satisfied customer!!!
