Played this game since 2018 & got to VIP status and level 472. However the algorithm is set to get your money and also tied to Facebook. The support team have been useless since Facebook suspension and been unable to download my progress on another account.
I should have read the reviews first. I don't mind spending a little money for spins, but I bought what I thought was an $11.99 package and was charged $51.95. My mistake, but it was misleading and deceptive. Lesson learned. I'll play something else, and pay close attention to any purchases.

Starts out great. However, there are certainly some factors that affect your play results. If you don’t buy, your “rolls” will likely be only “standard” roles. Meaning less likely to be able to roll on places that allow you to earn more.
I've been playing coin master for a few weeks now and it was going pretty good for me. I was almost to the end to win a prize of 39,000 + 3,000 free spins. I only needed 142 more of the face to win the spins and the game switched and my challenge was no longer visible. I played a few more spins at 15 turn's per spin hoping that it was a glitch I even got out of the game and signed back in and nothing. I made it to the ice cream village when it happened. If they weren't going to honor the prize they should not have offered it. I'm very disappointed. Don't think I'll be playing it again.
The game is a complete scam, you wont get anywhere unless you use a lot of money. Shit game
Game is scamming people. Says you've won a certain amount of spins, they either dont come through or you get a different amount. Customer service then lie and gaslight you. Completely incompetent.
The site is a scam, first it is NOT a product if Isreal as claimed. It is a GAME PRODUCTION IN INDIA. THAT SAID my phone and credits cards have been suddenly hacked by individuals from India. Forensics show the ip address is linked to the company who employs people from Coin master. It is NOT a safe site to use. I know of plenty of people who suffer from Indian scammers gaining access to their banks, credit cards ect information phones being hacked
If I could give zero i would ..the game has over the years got greedy its just about the money now ..you win events but don't get your rewards ..you lose things you previously won ..the staff don't bother. You just get fobbed off ..the game has got harder the prizes have got smaller and its almost impossible to finish tasks ..well the fat cat people who hack and get away with it are laughing ...time to go back to my farm vile...
Great game,gets you hooked and wanting to complete levels faster . Problem is you will need an endless amount of cash to progress after the early stages,after wasting nearly £150 in a week finally realised when I needed a very limited amount of energiies to get to my next stage of getting my free refill after using neatly 60k energies the program hardly gave me any hits and then wanted me to purchase more at this point i realised what a con this game was and decided to stop wasting my cash . Do not download unless you have endless amounts of cash to burn and if you do you will still be left frustrated as the game is designed to make you fail at the last stage forcing you to buy more and more Great game but really frustrating
Shocking game, they never admit when they're wrong, the game is full of glitches, I won 10 cave bombs on task Rush to use in wildland adventure, they weren't there, I reported it & they come up with excuses, I won a chest in wildland adventures then the game crashed, I closed the game, re opened it, the chest was there but it disappeared and didn't give me the contents,pre excuses, everytime you email them you get a reply off a different agent who says something different, spins/energy has gone missing over the last 8 months, thousands of them I've lost, the game is fullmof glitches steer clear, oh and board adventure is the same, I was spinning at 200, landed on the corner where it says X10, the bar should've gone up 2000, they were going up in 500, 400, 5 times in 10 minutes I landed on that X10 square spinning at 200, so it should've gone up 10000, it went up about 2500 altogether, both games area joke & I'm not the only one whose noticed these things in both games, my partner, son in law and a friend have all said the same, yes they're 2 different games but they're done by the same company, Moonactive, they NEVER admit they're wrong & just get rid of you like a piece of trash, either they don't want to admit these glitches or they're told to lie to players, either way they treat players like garbage, so stay away if you don't want to be disappointed!!!

I’ve spent real money playing Coin Master with very little advancement. I have never felt like I got my money’s worth. I understand they want to make their cheddar. But it’s over the top a rip-off. Coin Master is the worst money grab game with so many annoying pop-ups to encourage players to waste their money to hardly advance in the game. You will get more out of buying a pair of socks every time you’re tempted to invest in Coin Master just to lose it in less than 10 minutes with very little advancement & a ton of regret. Definitely buy socks instead!

I got rid of the ability to purchase anything from coin master and honestly you cant progress to anything decent absolutely no game play to get any amount of decent spins. Its disgusting it's deliberately set up so you cant progress unless you pay. Customer service is also slow to respond and not helpful
Ok i know these game devs want to get paid for their work but no just no the game is fun and all but these devs greedy !last time i looked it was 23billion coins for $100,but it cost me 800 billion to make 1-25 upgrades😂so lets do the math 23b÷800b=35 100×35=($3500 usd) They also sell spins 100 spins $9.99 sound good! They control what you get from spins the less spins you have the less you going win(100 aint going give you any thing) they set time limts to every event you will never complete a event if you dont buy(or cheat)so they deserve zero ⭐ they clear atleast $1 billion ayear in revenue and give nothing back to players 🤐
Coin Master has to be one of the biggest scams I’ve ever come across in a mobile game. The prices are ridiculously high for what you get, and half the time you don’t even receive the rewards you’re supposed to. It feels like the whole system is designed to push you into spending more and more money without actually giving fair value in return. Progress is slow unless you pay, spins disappear in seconds, and the so-called “deals” are just bait to get you to keep spending. Even when you do pay, it rarely feels worth it. It’s frustrating, misleading, and honestly just a poor experience overall. And we purchased on three phones some spins and we exactly got the same rewards 4 times. There are way better games out there that respect players’ time and money. This one just feels like a cash grab. Avoid.
Once u spend money one time, the game is finished forever, level are made impossible to pass, raid and attacks are far fewer and much less rewarding, while your village gets constantly raided in the middle of the night, and always by the same player, obviously a bot. I’d advise against anyone downloading and definitely don’t waste your money on it, it’s been a disgrace of a game for quite awhile now.
Rigged game. Aggressive tactics to make you buy spins etc. Not worth playing. If you message asking for them to delete your data you have to jump through hoops and provide them your google play purchase history (WHY). Avoid at all costs.
The game takes you on quests where it promise you rewards that has a range from very low to the very highest - can you guess wich reward always appear
