Coins Master

Customer service

Dear coin master, I really enjoy playing this game and have been a big supporter of it. However, I recently had an issue after asking customer service if there was an option to block me from spending money in the game. I was told “yes” but received no explanation of what this would involve. After the block was applied, I noticed that I lost access to many daily bonuses and to parts of the game that I had already spent money on. This has left me at a big disadvantage compared to other players. If I had known this would happen, I would not have requested the block in the first place. I have tried to explain this situation through multiple messages over the past month, but I have received either delayed replies or no response at all. I would simply like to have my account restored to full access, especially since I have already spent money on features I can no longer use.

Horrible Customer Service

They added another challenge called Boss Man. You battle it for rewards and it is SUPPOSED to have levels. After I beat the first level the game disappeared and converted my left over spins ( over 1,000) into a piddly 30 spins. I have complained for 6 days now. They acknowledged it was wrong but have done nothing to correct it and ignore my complaints Stay away from them

Don’t waste your time with Coin Master…

Don’t waste your time with Coin Master online complaints. They ignore complaints and claim you received what you purchased, despite the fact they were not received. I have also had duplicate charges. The higher you progress in ranks, they trap you. Be cautious with this, the honeymoon is over with these folks.

GREEDY GREEDY GREEDY

Fraudulent games

Fraudulent games, just eating money, the more you go here, the more you knock on money, the game is useless

I play this and realize sometime you…

I play this and realize sometime you may need to buy something but when a promotion does not work you cannot reach them. Have spent over hour trying to fill out a stupid form that does not work. You have to choose from topics that are not what you need. It keeps kicking it out. So I will warn you here. Pet outfit promotion 250 gems for one item and you are to get extra stars you will not receive any stars and then you cannot reach them. This loser is ticked

The Masters of GREED and SABOTAGE

Greediest game ever developed, over 70 tokens spent plus hundreds of dollars and they still don't land a jackpot once?!?!?!?!?! This goes beyond the typical game as its NEVER not hit within 50 tokens. This sabotage is intentional by coin master based off how i play my game. It has always dropped the jackpot in the jackpot wheel at least once BEFORE EVER MAXXING OUT!!!! on top of that AFTER HITTING MAX LEVEL I SPENT 20 more tokens!!!! 20!!! AND STILL DIDNT GET SHIT!, They sabotage your game to fail right before you reach a goal EVERY SINGLE TIMe. they do not give people anything easily EVER, even if it is just 5k spins, (their cost for 5k spins is over 15 dollars BTW!!!!!!!!) WHAT A RIP OFF FOR A game that REQUIRES OVER 300k SPINS TO GET ANYWHERE AFTER LEVEL 100!!!! Prices be damned at the barest minimum they raise prices drastically and steep . its not worth it in the end to ever play this game because all they do is charge you more for less every single time, its on purpose seeing as coin master is simply ran by greed. Worse than a casino since they are required to pay out. Coin master is a CASINO! They steal your money and don't give you shit back. If you value your sanity, you'll stay away from this game They don't give rewards, they TAKE them away and always leave you stuck on any goals. You'd be a real miracle if you successfully got anywhere past level 50 without spending money. Coin masters literal theft in disguise Its worse than a casino in the regard that its supposed to be free , but you can never win without spending money!!!! And coin master will sabotage any chance you have of any goal. Because they just want more money. Spent 30 bucks and used over 70 tokens to get nothing, and it "maxed out" when they dont even state a max jackpot limit!!! THEFT!!!! Still never hit the jackpot after spending almost 100 tokens, as well as more money, not a single land for the jackpot that has always hit at least ONCE within 50 tokens, but after 70 and spending money, It still didnt land after yet another 20 tokens EVEN AFTER HITTING their bs MAX LEVEL!!!!!. The sabotage in this game is beyond obvious every step of the way, all to ensure you HAVE to spend money to make any progress. ITS RIGGED! They have horrible customer service too and dont give a shit about their actual players or money spenders. they only care about making a fast buck and the constant sabotaging to ensure they get more is obvious.

Unhelpful support and predatory gameplay

coin master steals

i have been playing coin master for about 2 months now, i am guilty of spending money on this game, i got my partner to play and he decided to make a small payment of 8 dollars.. next thing you know his bank sent him a transaction of 62 dollars being taken from his account for the apple store, we were shocked, how could a small payment change to 62 when it literally says 7.99 when paying… i went and checked all my transactions and added all the times i was charged an extra 50-65 dollars. THEY TOOK $680 FROM ME, im all here for spending the small amounts to get ahead but i find it absolute nonsense that they were able to steal that much without me noticing or allowing for it. I disbuted all the transactions they took from me and sent it to my bank, then next thing i know i click on coinmaster to play and there’s a notice saying my accounts been flagged due to fraudulent behaviour… EXCUSE ME!? YOU STOLE MY MONEY NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND. i have not and will not put anymore money towards this game. has anyone else experienced this?? and if they have do they know why it happened?

Coin Master is only interested in…

Coin Master is only interested in earning money. You can’t end any event without spending real money. Even if you pay you don’t get anything valuable. Their aggressive manipulative tactics work really well. I regret spending money and time on the game. They don’t care about us because whales players spend a substantial amount of money to play the game. They will only make the game enjoyable and fair if whale players stop supporting the game financially. Spread the message about the tactics they use to force us indirectly to pay to complete any event or avoid getting our villages destroyed. Their reward system is a joke. This game will make you angry and upset. They play with our frustration. Don’t let this game control your lives!!!

Don't expect to sleep at all or you'll die in many games

Once you pass the early ranks, you can't get close to winning without spending cash - ok. But what of just reaching the next level? The game is about building up your village, via the many side quests and main game. But random players must come into your game and ruin this process in order for them to progress. Your buildings will get knocked down unless you nurse your village all night!! This should be illegal, IM0, as players could have spent real money on their village only to lose immediately to this game's money-grabbing design.

The only one who win, is coin master crew

The only one who win, is coin master crew, I have spent a lot of money in this shit game, and when you spent that kind of money you expect at least to get some when you win, and I did (few times) but a lot of times I didn't, especially 3 time, when I didn't get 84k- 125k 94k plus many many small prizes, when I send them a message, they answer was there wasn't any issues with the game, and I have to tell them witch part of part of the game it was, how f should I remember which part, when there are so many games in the game. Sorry champions of cheating game. From now on I find something else to use my money on NOT ON COIN CHEATER

Scam

I like the game I play it often but it says if I invite a friend I could get (700M, 1 food,350 spins + 1,5K I send the link to my dad he started playing he’s now in level 5 or 6 I think and I still didn’t get any of the things I was supposed to I just don’t understand why scamming me just to get more players i don’t know if they think they are smart or something but I want my spins and they didn’t gave me them

My spins keeping going the negative…

My spins keeping going the negative when I spin. I’ve reach out to them because it took over 400k spins and all they had to say we only could give you 200 spins. That is ridiculous 400k for only 200 I will be telling everyone i know to delete this because they don’t like to compensate you. And ripping people off. @coin master y’all need to do better
