They must only have one customer service person, it takes 24 hours to get a response, they have pre written responses that make no sense and they game constantly glitches stealing your progress. The compensation for loosing millions in progress isn't even enough for 1 spin. Your data is being sold to India Marketing company, Stay away

Coin Master is only maked to make people use their money. No More. Only spend your money. I have 383,000 spin and I have played in 5 years to get them. Also spend lot of spins. I never payed money, and therefore it took me 5 years to reach village 187. But now I will not play anymore. It is getting more than more difficult to get spins. If I do not want to spend some money. They always make everything more than more difficult to get. 24 hours before my Wildland Adventure end, it makes an error when I try to get in. It seems that it is some peole in the middle east, who want to take money from the westen world. Maybe to make money to terror? Who Knows??

Coin master = missions impossible

Coin master is one of the funnest games to play !!! I wish you could earn spins without spending real money, but it’s designed so that you fail. Additionally- it is literally missions impossible. I truly believe that this is on purpose and look at what coin master is making per month - the whole company is a scam. Here why it’s rigged mainly as you progress: 1. Early spin earning is doable - maybe over short spans of time you progress and it seems sorta fair. As you progress and spend thousands to billions of spins - your reward- tada -15 to 100 spins when you complete a village ( remember against using an ungodly amount of spins to complete a village). This just gets worse as you progress. You get more spins in higher rank villages, but if you compare how much spent- to your reward - it’s nothing . Everything you can earn with coins ( cards) goes up too. Designed for you never to get ahead. 2. The bar/ wheel actual spins - at first it seems sorta fair. Then as you progress you basically spin 2-3 times what’s required to get back to what you already have and only If you are lucky !!!! The wheel itself rarely almost never hits 3 spins in a row to give extra spins. Lose lose situation. 3. I finally broke down and spent money - exactly what is wanted - I was hoping I could enjoy the game longer than 15 minutes without spending real money. ALAS - it did not take me too much further. Lose lose situation as it may buy you a little more time. The “ mission packs” are only sorta doable until they are impossible to finish unless ( you guessed it ) you buy more of “ something” ….. 4. Battle games — if you put “ let me rest” they throw you back in irregardless. If you watch the bar on the screen - you are possibly playing a computer ? The bar of money like goes to 3 trillion coins in like 3 minutes or less !!! How? I tried spending/ betting max coins and couldn’t compete. I started avoiding battle altogether by not spinning much. 4. Thor wheel - was able to buy spins - my favorite wheel. However - also maybe rigged ? Every time it resets it goes back to spinning to the lowest amount of coins to give out. I’ve won the jackpot only twice out of like 60 spins. Those odds are not good but it seems the wheel is the best at getting more spins. 5. Some claim you can play without spending money - maybe if you don’t get on ? Saving days of spins ? Forget quests, battles or tournaments. Even buying spins I rarely make top 20 in tournaments. While you are trying to get spins - people are wrecking your villages and stealing your coins ! Ha! Failure ! Well - you get the point. I did not even talk about all of it. Overall , I believe this game is set up for your failure and to take your money. The rewards do NOT outweigh the benefit. In the end, you have little play time and lots of money wasted with little to no return . You end up in a team begging for 10 spins at a time only to play a whole 30 seconds…. Again the game is fun - one of the funnest games and I would buy it if it was a 1 time cost . But it’s completely not set up for a person to just have fun. It’s meant to take you and your money.

Con game

Complete waste of time now, big fiddle. It's harder to get three in a row for 10 points now, it's been fixed, plus bet high hoping to get more spins doesn't work but as soon as you drop, say from 200 spins to 15 then up pops the three in a row. Big fat CON. Two items has dropped from 5 to 2 points. Now deleted the app

The fact u try to get more spins with unlocking card collections and all u get is multiple duplicates this game is firmly set on making u spend $$ to advanced anywhere quickly in this game otherwise its a long slow process. If they fixed that and offered more game play per day would give more stars/coins for bonus rewards like it's pathetic with very little reqard all in an attempt to get u to purchase something I've deleted the app. Well built and fun to play but basically can't play without purchasing something.

I really liked this game BUT the…

I really liked this game BUT the rewards are way too low to actually play for any amount of time. Never enough spins or coins. They want you to spend $$. And the prices they want are absolutely sickening!! Just a bunch of very very greedy people. I just got 10 magical chests for 160,000,000 coins each. 12 cards per chest and I only got 2 new ones. 120 cards only 2 new!! Rigged or what?!?! Uninstalling!!

Coin master is a waste of time.

Just landed on coin master and I’ve already spent £50 just testing it out!! It’s just a scam to make money because you can never win the game quickly, you will always run out of coins or spins or something. Just have patience and wait. It’s not worth your time and money. Plus the wins are always very low and is not realistic to cover the high bets in the game. The odds are you will loose or run out of coins.

What went wrong is you greedy a$$ mother fers ruined the game, I started playing CM somewhere around 2016 and because of technical issues on my part I lost my game data, I might add more than once but I reloaded the game and started it over. My device ID is 6109bed6-ae80-4f15-819bb59b6096 I'm setting at 284,114 stars the game used to be fun but because of your greed the game has become stressful.Just yesterday a girl Stephanie quit the game, I will do whatever I can to make sure no one spends another penny until you make this game fun again
