Keep away from this game! For their "technical issues " the Boss fight disappeared and guess what they sent me? 1500 spins apologizing 🤣🤣🤣 Are you kidding?! I had to get over 150000 spins as reward and they thought I would spend some money in order to recover the account 🤣🤣🤣 Guess what?! Game removed, the worst I've played online (p.s. time ago 250k from the side island disappeared also🤮)
We are a group of people playing this trash game, and we want this SCAMMING app to be removed from play. It is an app that attacks mental health for all players. It is not a FUN or ENTERTAINING game. It is a trash game. If you had the experience where the game asked you for money, please report the app. Is instigating suicide as you are at that point where you spend money as on gambling.
This is the very addictive game I played and paid at least £50 so far. But, they keep prompting you pay when obvious you will gain good rewards but no unless you pay! I even wrote email, They could not help me! I am boycotting this scam game! Please avoid!
WARNING about Coin Master! Coin Master has consistently proven to be a game with extremely misleading practices and utterly unhelpful customer support. My recent experience with their "Plant Buddies" event perfectly illustrates why players should be wary. I invested time and even money into this event, accumulating 5,000 Plant Buddies tokens. The in-game promotions clearly stated these would convert to spins at the event's end. What they failed to disclose was that the conversion rate would be a scandalous 1/100th of a spin per token! My 5,000 tokens were converted into a pathetic 50 spins. This isn't just a poor rate; it's deceptive advertising that deliberately hides the true value players will receive. Other games offer at least the original value for unused event currency, often 3-5 times more. By industry standards, I should have received 5,000 to 25,000 spins, not a paltry 50. When I contacted Coin Master Support (specifically "Lucy"), their response was a masterclass in deflection and dismissal. Despite my detailed complaint, including proof of their misleading terms, Lucy simply stated the "conversion rate provided is correct and aligns with our internal evaluation." This "internal evaluation" clearly prioritizes their profits over fair play or transparency with their paying customers. They completely ignored my demand for reimbursement for purchases made under false pretenses. They also conveniently lumped in other issues I brought up (Magical Trail, account deletion) to dilute their non-response to the core problem. Their canned reply about the game being "fun and entertaining" and "enjoyed at no cost" is insulting when I'm disputing money spent based on misleading information. This isn't an isolated incident. My past interactions with Coin Master support have shown a pattern of dropping the ball and refusing to take responsibility for their game's issues. If you value your time, effort, and money, I strongly advise against playing Coin Master!

I had a problem, with my account, with settings and spins going missing. Over 24 thousand went missing from no fault of my self. I was offered 200 back. Only interested if your spending money.
I was charged twice for a $21.99 in-app purchase (Mega Offer from Coin Master) on June 15, 2025, totaling $43.98. The app gave repeated error messages saying the payment couldn't be authorized, but both transactions went through and were deducted from my debit card. I received none of the perks, no receipt, and no compensation. I contacted Coin Master support multiple times and provided clear screenshots of my bank statement showing both charges. Despite this, they repeatedly claimed there was “no record” of the purchase on their end and refused to help. They eventually closed the case without resolving anything. This has been extremely frustrating and feels like a breach of trust. I’m requesting a refund for the duplicate charges as I received nothing in return. Please let me know if further documentation is needed — I’m happy to provide it.
After they rip you off by not giving you all of the rewards that was promised they will have you running around in circles trying to prove that they are right and you are wrong. It doesn't matter that you spend hundreds or thousands of dollars on their game because they are a multi billion dollar company. The idea that the customer is always right has long left their agenda thus leaving the worst possible customer service on the planet. They perfer to loose a paying customer rather than give you a free golden buzzer which cost them nothing other than keeping a customer happy. I advise everyone to put your money to better use especially when there are no issues to steal from you as soon as opportunity arrives.

I would never recommend this game to anyone. All they want is money, even if you spend money the goals are still very unrealistic. $37 which is actually more because you're taxed, gets you about 12,000 spins, which lasts maybe 10 mins of game play. With that amount you can't even complete a race or event. Huge money to get anywhere in this game.

If you dont make purchases not only you but the entire team your on is punished by giving minimal rewards to over maximum additional games inside the game. Actually would give the game 0 stars Don't bother starting to play, you get nowhere without spending money! Much better games out there, think I will uninstall the game . Extremely slow progress,no fun pure frustration, too many Pop ups trying to play, disconnection issues.Contacted support weeks ago still no response!!
