I found coach Brenda to be very supportive and helpful with useful suggestions without being critical.
Coach Brenda was very helpful with making suggestions that helped get me on track. She is very positive and encouraging. I appreciate her help and support. She is a gem!
Pamela was great. Very positive and enthusiastic.
I got to work with Coach Pamela and I throughly enjoyed the experience. I never felt judgement. When I was negative about myself she showed me the wins. This shifted my own thinking towards myself. I looked more at the wins and focused on solutions. I was not beating myself up for a poor choice I did better the next meal or day. I also started listening more to what my body needed. I strongly recommend using this coaching if accountability is something that helps you succeed
I throughly enjoyed my time being coached by Gustavo! I learned so much that has helped me on my journey to improve my gut health. He was very encouraging, supportive and knowledgeable. I absolutely recommend this program to anyone struggling with gut issues.
This journey has been eye-opening for me in so many ways and Coach Lisa has helped me to put the pieces together to help me reach my goals. The encouragement, the wealth of resources and information as well as a program that focuses on eating, moving and changing thought patterns to help you remove the roadblocks that are holding you back from realizing what you inspire to be. I have felt love, acceptance, and encouragement from the coaches and the community. This is one of the best decisions I have made in my life to help me to create and live the life I want and sustain my health for the rest of my life.
"I have been with Committed Coaches for about 7 months. My blood pressure is nearly back to normal and I have lost a few pounds as that has improved. Plus I am able to be more physical now and danced at a concert without pain and encouraging others to come out on the floor also. My goal is to keep up with the group in one year on a Tauck tour along the Rhein river and then with a wine club into German vineyards. I especially like that there is no calorie counting or other such measurements. And I like that I can continue to eat many of my favorite foods at certain times of the day or as an occasional treat without feeling guilty. I also appreciate that there is so much effort into improving one's mental approach to life and the problems we encounter daily or occasionally. AARP also recommends that seniors work to live in joy for greater benefits all around. The coaches are amazing and so very helpful. Even an MDVIP doctor has admitted that this is better for me than the GLP1 he was pushing - and a friend who just finished taking that drug was complaining about what his doctor now wanted him to do since GLP1 takes away muscle - whereas the coaches want us to gain muscle even though that weighs more than fat. In addition the MDVIP web site and monthly newsletters push GLP1 or a system not quite as comprehensive as the Committed Coaches program and without readily available advice just a phone call or zoom meeting away. And the GLP1 would have cost me about the same as this coaching."
About 100 days ago I started Committed Coaches with high hopes and lots of positive expectation. Every program I had previously followed (and they were numerous) left me with only short term results that I couldn't seem to stick with. Also, the scale would not budge. My goal was to lose weight! One step at a time I learned how to follow the program.I filled out my meal plans, sent them to my coach and received amazing feedback telling me what worked well and what areas I should tweak. There was also heartfelt encouragement. When I thought I was failing because I had a pastry or went off program my coach was right there telling me "that's called life" and praised me for getting right back on track at the next meal. This meant the world to me and helped me stick with it. Slowly, I began learning how to build my meals for success starting with protein, adding carbs and then a healthy fat. It seemed so simple but it was the hardest thing I have ever done. I had to overcome the battle of food controlling me or me controlling food. I was starting to feel better physically and mentally. And the scale had started moving in the right direction! I started releasing many pent up negative feelings I was having around food. I believe I was experiencing grief. Again, the constant encouragement from my coach helped me to see the actual progress I was making. My mindset started changing. I was no longer fighting and worrying about being "fat". I was becoming a strong woman who could make wise choices. And realizing that perfection is not the goal but that continuous effort creates progress. This program is so deep and there is so much to learn at one point I was feeling overwhelmed like I needed to create a binder with all I was learning. My coach told me not to worry about that and concentrate on my next meal. Without her guidance I would definitely have given up. I have lost 12 pounds that are never coming back, which I can say with absolute confidence because of the changes that have taken place in my life from immersing myself into Committed Coaches. I have navigated my eating through vacation, parties, going out to dinner, celebrating special occasions and just not having the right food on hand. I'm still making progress. Also, I am not on a diet! I am committed to my healthiest lifestyle for the rest of my life so that I can travel with my husband, be there for my children and grandchildren, have more energy and be an inspiration for others.Thank you for letting me share my experience.
When I started this journey, I would see a pizza commercial and crave that pizza and I would eat pizza by the time the weekend was over! Tonight, I saw several pizza commercials and not once did I want to reheat leftover pizza I have in my freezer! Instead I thought of all the good foods in my fridge. My mind’s thought process is changing. All due to this process. Today after Chad’s group coaching I prepped bell peppers, onions, and baked bacon, meatloaf, and chicken. I put half of the bacon and meatloaf in the freezer for quick protein selections for the upcoming week. Something I didn’t do before. I am enjoying the meals that I am making. I have a new appreciation for sweet peppers! Challenging yes, but Coach Hannah has been there for every single question I have had! And believe me, I have had some doozies. I just finished day 23 in my planner. It seems to be coming easier and easier. When my coworkers ordered out, I ordered the protein bowl, lite on brown rice (I didn’t know that meant smaller portions) and only ate 1/3 of it. I truly believe that eating the way that’s being shown to us has had a lasting effect on my life. I don’t approach foods or eating like I used to. And I like the change in me! Thank you!
This program is a life style change emphasizing nutrition, hydration, exercise and motivation. We are assigned a 1:1 coach for 3 mo (longer for an extra fee) for daily accountability and feedback on whatever we are working on. There is a weekly zoom mtg for progress, concerns and special topics. Sarah Taylor is my coach and she is super supportive, empathetic, and creative with solutions. All of her clients have a daily group chat and are very supportive of each other. There is a weekend support group chat run by Chad Tackett, the founder of committed coaches. He also hosts a weekly zoom mtg on different topics each week with extensive handouts and references based on questions at the end. One of his most important video in the learn section of the committed coaches app is on nutrition called Nutrient Synthesis. It is the basis of the nutritional program to balance your hormones and boost your metabolism. This is copied directly from his summary: "1. Choose carbs that are natural (picked from the ground or the tree) not processed (man made) 2. Choose starchy and or simple carbs early in the day, fibrous carbs later. 3. Include a healthy fat and protein at each snack and meal. 4. Use the Fist/Palm/Thumb Rule as a good estimate of the right portions. 5. Stop eating when comfortably full." There is a recommended food list divided into the following categories: starchy carbs, simple carbs, fibrous carbs, protein and healthy fats. This was one of the most beneficial handouts at the start of the program. This allows you to plug in your favorite foods in any category into the sample daily meal plan categories. Another topic he has focused on is how to be flexible with your plan in real life situations such as a special holiday events and restaurant food choices. There are a lot of knowlegable coaches in this program that offer zoom calls on different topics you can sign up for on a weekly basis that you can attend live or see the replay. There are select coaches that do the same with exercise classes. At the start of the program, your coach provides an exercise program. The app has many different exercise to choose from for an on demand workout. As a senior with joint issues, I am more comfortable with seated or low impact exercise which the program offers. My favorite ones along with many others in my coaches group are Coach Lindsay's Seated exercise 1-6 and her standing exercises 1-3. All combine cardio and resistance exercise. I have seen healthy improvements on this program. My A1C has dropped from 8.6 to 6.3. My goal of 5.7 would end my classificatio of type 2 Diabetes. My resting heart rate and blood pressure has lowered. Cholesterol is lower and BMI went from obese to over weight with a weight loss of 35-55lbs. Function of stair climbing and getting up from the floor has improved.
After retiring, I purchased a Fitbit as I wanted to lose weight & focus on my health. My Fitbit encouraged me to increase my daily steps & climbing stairs. I did lose some weight, but at the time I was eating a late breakfast & then an early dinner. If I was hungry between those meals I'd grab some potato chips to satisfy my hunger. I'd even treat myself to a little ice cream before going to bed. I'd lost a few pounds but I was starting to forget names of friends from my past. When I learned about this program, I felt compelled to join & enrolled! On 5/18 I had my first coaching session which was really encouraging. I learned about the importance of eating at least 3 meals & a bedtime snack (if not 5 smaller meals). I learned the importance of when to eat fibrous carbs, starchy carbs, proteins, & fats with my meals. So I focused on learning about what I should eat at each meal! I found the coaching calls extremely beneficial! My coach has been incredibly encouraging! I was shocked when I got on the scale & saw I was steadily losing weight even though I was eating much more than I was previously! This program has truly been incredibly helpful! I would certainly encourage others with similar concerns to join! I sent the above to Chad last evening & he asked me to forward it here! Joanna Stinespring
This program works! I’m on a new journey in life with how my body is changing as I’m getting older and believe me, I have been reading every thing out there. There is so much to decipher through that I was totally confused and nothing was working or it may work for a little bit and then nothing. This program has been the easiest to stick with, the coaches are there for you 100% and cheering you on. They want to see you succeed and celebrate your wins and you can see that they are genuinely excited for you. I don’t feel alone. That says a lot. I would totally recommend this program and have so much excitement. I love Telly friends and family about how easy this is, so they can feel just as good as I do.
Coach Owen was fantastic. I learned so much in such a short period of time and not just about my diet an exercise ( although that is important) but I also learned about myself. Every person I had contact with was caring and non judgmental. Felt supported all the time. Would recommend this program to anyone serious about fitness in a nonjudgmental environment.
Commitment coaches has given me the confidence to enjoy my journey to weight loss. Remembering it is not a strict diet. But learning how to eat better, and removing more processed foods. And listening to my body and how everything is connected such as sleep and stress and movement. My health has improved including my mental health.
This is the first time when joining a weight loss program. I have utilized the svelte videos for a number of years, but knew that I needed more help with my journey. I am absolutely blown away by the input, positivity, motivation, and enthusiasm I have experienced especially with Jen Moore. She has been a catalyst for helping me change my mindset and the encouragement she gives me (and others) is just so inspiring! I have also been able to attend a couple of Chad Tacketts’ zoom videos and he is exactly the same as Jen. I truly don’t know where or how you found these two coaches, but I am so grateful that they are in this journey with me!!
I have been on almost every diet out there over the years. I have been on this program for just about 3 weeks and I have already lost weight just by changing the timing of eating and the types of food for each meal. There are small tweaks that the coaches offer that really make a difference. As well, a saying that Chad made is one I ask myself before eating tempting foods. That saying is “Is this how I see myself in the future”. Saying that to myself has stopped me from having chips offered, appetizers at parties etc. Those small things make so much difference. Having a coach to reach out to and who reaches out to me on a regular basis plus the meal planner and foods broken down by category are extremely helpful. I feel this is THE program that will finally help me sustain my weight loss and become so much healthier.
I don’t usually write reviews, but committed coaches has completely changed the way I think about nutrition, weight loss, and my relationship with food. When I first signed up, I honestly thought, “Here we go again…another program that’s going to cost money and end up being just another diet.” I couldn’t have been more wrong.Working with Coach Del has completely changed the way I think about food. The weekly group coaching calls, access to other coaching sessions, and the daily accountability of sending my meals for feedback have taught me not just what to eat, but why. For the first time, I understand how my body processes food, and how to make better choices without feeling deprived. This isn’t another diet – it’s a mindset shift and a sustainable lifestyle. Instead of chasing quick results, I’m building habits that will last a lifetime. I know I’ll reach my goals, and more importantly, I know I’ll never have to “diet” again. Committed coaches has been one of the best investments I’ve ever made in my health.
About sixty days ago I took a good look in the mirror. It wasn't good. I'd spent thousands of dollars on supplements to lose weight, done liver cleanses, clay body detox, liquid collagen, special diets, weight loss pants, and many gimmicks out there with no change in my body. There were a number of public events on my calendar related to the autobiography I published. It is a story of faith and hope in the midst of great personal darkness, of transforming a life of fear and abuse to a life of joy and peace, something attainable for everyone. It was written to give others hope. The person in the mirror had a huge gut. How could she give anyone hope? I considered my body shape to be potato. My energy and motivational levels were low. I believed that no one would want to talk with or listen to someone who looked like this. No one would believe that someone who looked like this could be living a life of joy and peace. Even my wardrobe was drab, whatever I could find in the remote area where I live was good enough. I had two closets full of clothes I didn't like and struggled every day to find something I felt good wearing. After watching the MAHA films, I joined Committed Coaches. My life immediately began to change. My coach, Dorota Soto, understood my goal of changing my physical self to boost confidence and a positive reception from others. I notified her that my kitchen was filled with unhealthy foods. But food is very expensive in the remote area where I live in Alaska, so I didn't want to throw it away. She helped me combine the bad foods with the healthy foods to use what was in my kitchen and still eat healthy meals. Through her coaching, positive reinforcement, and encouragement, along with the sessions by Coach Brett and Coach Brad, my life has changed..I don't do things perfectly. I may miss exercise or a great meal because of travel or meeting times, but I do the best I can and that is acknowledged in a positive way. There is nothing but encouragement by your team! It is so greatly appreciated. My average day is so much different now because of this program. Before Committed Coaches, I would wake up, spend time with God, make coffee, and doom scroll until it was time to get ready for work. Then there was breakfast, and work. Now I wake up, spend time with the Lord, start with push ups, and continue exercising for 45 minutes. I'm amazed that I had the time to do that along with getting ready for my work day! I have time for other tasks, too, such as paying bills, placing an Amazon order, or looking at upcoming travel arrangements. My energy level has increased tremendously. I feel like I'm accomplishing as much in this early morning time as I was in an entire day before I started this program. I feel so much better about myself, even though I am still overweight. I'm not done yet, and you're not done with me yet! This is transformation in progress. In researching my female archetype I changed how I dress and carry myself. I walk with confidence now. Yes, I still have a belly, but how I dress makes that less apparent. On a recent trip to the lower 48 I purchased a new wardrobe for the cost of a pair of slacks and a top where I live. Now I look in the closet, excited by what I see because I love everything I purchased. Choosing outfits to wear has gone from a downcast search for a top and a pair of slacks to being excited at so many wonderful choices before me.The change in my body is evident. I do not own a scale, but I know my weight is down. It's been easy to exercise when home, and only slightly challenging when I am "on the road," Your food recommendation list is on my dining room table and in every suitcase I pack. Thank you for that great gift ! I look at every restaurant menu before I go to the restaurant so I can order the best food possible. If I can't do my exercise because of where I am, I will improvise. For example, at a recent book signing event, I had time to do leg exercises in my chair. No one knew. I feel so much better about myself because of your help, your teaching, your guidance, your encouragement, your documents, videos, and emails. I don't care that I still see a protruding abdomen when I look in the mirror. I also see sagging skin where there was a solid mass two months ago. I am beyond encouraged! This program is life changing for me. I cannot thank you enough for all that you do to help us achieve healthier lives, which leads to happier lives, better lives, and more productive lives. Much love to you all!
I started with CC 8/28/2025, it’s been the experience of my life. CC is Of excellence. From then until now, 8/1/2026, I’ve become a totally different person because of working with CC program, I’ve become the program. To say I love them is an understatement. I’ve lost weight, I didn’t have that much weight to lose, 25 lbs, 53 inches, but it’s the transformation I’ve noticed in my behavior that I’m most proud of. My identity has also transformed. I was angry, resentful and plain upset with the world it seems looking back at me, over what I don’t know. Almost right away, after I changed my diet to earth based foods,(things coming from the earth), eating the right amount, the right time, and the right kinds of foods, I noticed a difference in my behavior. Within 6-7 months, it was over, the anger was gone, and so were 18 daily prescriptions, gone, done. Now, I’m only on 5 prescriptions a day for asthma, COPD, osteoarthritis and the beginning of RA, which is phenomenal for me. I’m at peace, internal peace, for the first time in my lifetime. It’s a gift, priceless. I don’t get upset anymore, I just don’t. Terrible things have happened to my family of late and my response is that I let it go right thru me, from Coach Chad, living life untethered, it’s very liberating. I also don’t try to do everything myself, I ask for help. To ask for help doesn’t mean I’m weak, it means I’m strong and I can identify the fact that I just need a little help. These types of issues and correcting them, you just don’t pick up on the roadside. It does take professional coaching/instruction which at CC you get as little or as much as you want. It does not depend on cost, you pay one time and you have access to the best coaches out there, under the supervision of coach Chad, the owner. They are a wealth of information, on top their game , always. I am astonished how I’ve changed, and how much I’ve learned. I’d never believe it back in September what I know now. I’d highly recommend Committed Coaches for whatever need you may have. They’re an outstanding bunch of people who will not give up on you. They will do whatever it takes to help you meet your individual needs. They have your back, literally. This, I promise to you. Thank you CC for all you do for the so many of us that need you. A client and good friend of CC, With love, Kelly F. Shuppe
Sometimes it's hard to find the right words but I wanted to give a shout out about this 10 day challenge, my coach Christian and how it's opened my eyes to a new way of understanding how words and feelings, can play a big role in how I succeed. My coach has taken what I manifested into a huge problem and brought it down to simple ways that not only supports but also encourages me. My coach helped me see wins where I could not. For I was looking at the big picture and not seeing the small steps that could get me there. My coach, with consistent support and encouragement, helped me see those steps and wins. Now that big overwhelming picture that I could not find a way to do, is broken down into steps and wins. I went from struggling to drink at least one glass of water a day, to successfully drinking at least 4 glasses a day. Water has now become a consistent part of every meal, thanks to the support and encouragement from my coach and this program. Also thanks to Glen and the workshops, for I can see ways that I can use this knowledge to stay consistent in this and other areas, and learning self love along the way. I can do it for I'm worth it! Thank you!
