My experience is always good. Especially my rep. Jay. What I don't like is the website and how the product categories are setup. Its like it was done by someone that doesn't know IT and hardware... not enough to outweigh the things I do like re. prices and my rep.

An actual human will call you and speak with you to confirm your order and make sure it gets to you. I bought some CDs for a great price and the lady that confirmed my order was very kind and we a had a nice breif conversation about family. My package arrived a few days later. No complaints.

Avoid as a plague!
One of those arrogant stores that believe they don't need customers and that it is customers who need them. Orders don't go through, giving error messages about problems with the credit card. When you call your bank, you are told that no attempts had been made to charge the card. And when you call Connection.com about it, you are connected with some sad cat lady who lies in your face that YOUR bank told her YOUR credit card was fraudulent. Can you believe this nonsense? Any offers to create a conference call with the bank are refused. You can just sense hostility in her voice and her lack of desire to continue the conversation. I've experienced a similar attitude with B&H Photo and Video, and now, Connection.com joins the list of stores I will never deal with again. And you know what the worst part is? When you try placing an order, they make you enter all kinds of information, which you have an option to save or not save in the system. The problem is even when you remove the checkmark and don't save any of the information, for some reason, that cat lady still has all of it the next day even though no order was placed (since the system doesn't even let you place one) and none of that information appears in the account. I.e. they still store all of the information even when you tell them not to
